  2. I think our wage bill was around 170 million when we got relegated the first time...it was closer to 75/80 million this time. Vardy, Iverson, Ward, Edouard and Buonanotte have all left which was around 15 million from the budget. That's put us closer to 60/65 million before the rumour of around a 30% wage deduction for relegation.
  3. Southampton did the same with Ramsdale last season.
  4. I'll stick with Bebo thank you very much
  5. Surely we could just employ all out of contract staff now, then Rohl when this is sorted out? They know his training etc, plus could always keep the WhatsApp group they already have for information etc

  7. I'm too scared to answer that 😕
  8. I had the home kit with Tunchev on the back. It was the last name I got on the back of a shirt.
  9. I wouldn't be against that if we got a couple of players that would be involved in the first time. Alfie Gilchrist/David Datro Fofana/Caleb Wiley level of player.
  10. Mads and Stol last season?
  11. I'll second what people have said above. Guiness, Lucky Saint and the Aldi Pilsner are all pretty good. Leffe is also a decent 0! I must admit the fruity ciders are good as 0s in this heat too!

  13. I dont live local to Leicester, so if I pick anything up it was from the club shop, or Adidas if/when it was on. As you have put there if Leicester shops are not allowed to make an effort selling, then the base cannot grow that much. I used Leeds as the example of a team who are arguable being lower than us since we have had Adidas, but are looked after more as Adidas get more back from them. I believe both Newcastle and Villa have moved up to an Adidas Elite club for next season.
  14. They didn't go into places like Sports Direct due to the deal they held with JD I believe as they agreed to set price points...which they then got found out and fined for. https://www.gov.uk/government/news/leicester-city-fc-to-be-fined-up-to-880k-after-admitting-anti-competitive-arrangement-with-jd-sports
  15. It's a vicious circle as leeds generally sell twice the amount of shirts to Leicester for example, so are local elite. So they get some of the nice stuff, but its only sold in certain countries and areas. It's not just the guys at Leicester making the decisions, its the demand for it overall for Leicester stock. Leicester just dont sell enough stock overall for Adidas to do more. You could always go to a smaller brand for kits and maybe get different stuff, but it would be on a lower deal than adidas overall still.
  16. I listen to such a wide range of music I get stick from most people anyway, don't let it worry you! My last three 'big' gigs was Bloc Party, Bullet for my Valentine/Trivium joint tour & Scooter
  17. I get what you are saying about this, and honestly no need to rant I'm another guy who's not really heard too much of them, despite going to a lot of festivals and gigs over the years. The bits I have heard didn't pull me into giving them anymore of a listen if I'm honest so I've just left them. Within my work, friends etc I have also not met anyone who's a big fan of them, so didn't really have anymore reason to attempt to get into them. Regarding the headlining festivals both Cathfish and Foals have headlined L&R twice, but I also would call them massive bands if I'm honest. I recon there is a few people put off by the whole 'Nepo' family thing about Matty.
  18. Leicester never got structured as an Adidas elite club (or local elite) so wasn't going to get the nicer stuff unfortunately. Total sales didn't justify the extra items from Adidas, and after the whole JD sports issue Leicester had last years shirts didn't even make it to the Adidas website.
  19. Nigel Pearson also took charge of England u21's..

  21. Was this line in any reference to the Prodigy song 'Their Law?' and that was said to tone it down haha
  22. I went to see them at Leeds arena on the last tour. No one really sat down for them in the seated area
