If the club are seriously looking beyond him and the decision lies on the result against West Brom then they might as well cut the losses now and look elsewhere. We are so inconsistent with Marti that I don’t see a drastic improvement soon. Whatever the decision is though, the club seriously needs to invest in key areas of the pitch to give anybody a chance to be competitive at this level.
