5 games ago it was 2 to be relegated from 5, now, with 5 games to go it looks like 2 from 3. WBA and Blackburn likely not to be caught after picking up 9 and 8 points in those previous 5. Us and Oxford both have six points from the previous 5, Portsmouth just 2. Oxford probably have the easiest run in, accepting that there are no "easy" games. They also don't play anyone in the relegation scrap ( they do have Sheff W) so they just go and do what they do and see what they end up with. Can they score more points than us from the next 5? They need to because of the goal difference, but it's definitely possible. Portsmouth need to start picking up points quickly. They're sinking but even with horrible form, they have a lifeline with a home game against us. If they win that, I think they'll finish above us, any other result, I think we outscore their points total from the other fixtures. So, don't lose to Portsmouth and match Oxford's results and we'll scrape it. How on earth has it come to this???

Could we get actually get relegated again this season?

If there was a prize for who might get it the most wrong, surely I must be in with a chance? -
Jake Evans scored for Northampton, so that's something I think. They lost though, which is worse than us today.

8 minutes? Really?

WORLD CLASS

Not our day today.

Wednesday's keeper having a blinder.

I've lost count how many goals we've conceded within 5 minutes of kick offs, first and second half, this season.

Are you actually kidding me?

That must be the tightest goal line decision of all time, it's what, 0.5mm? I'd be questioning the thickness of the line! When it's that close, the benefit of the doubt should go to the team that is in the most trouble and playing at home.

6 games to go. We matched everyone today except Blackburn. Make no mistake, we need wins, and fast, but Sheff W, Portsmouth and Blackburn are must win games for me. Win those three and we have a chance. The table will look very different at the end of Monday.

Very important game. Even for me, this is a must win. With Oxford v Portsmouth and WBA v Blackburn, others are guaranteed to drop points. We simply have to take advantage. Anything less than 3 points will put us in an extremely precarious postion.

Shouldn't count unless it's 3 inches over, imo.

Well that's excellent value for money. Well done all. Brilliant.

Defensive issues solved. Onwards and upwards.

Good, Richards has looked awesome so far.
-
Almost certainly

Middlesbrough looking decent/Blackburn looking poor so far.

Comes across as a genuine bloke. I hope his Canadian team have a strong WC. I wonder where we would be now if it wasn't for that phone call? My guess is that we would be exactly where we are now.

QPR just our bogey team this season. We'll be fine. Plenty of points to play for and the other 4 teams fighting are more trash than us. We'll have more weekends where we'll lose and others will win, it's the unpredictability of the Championship. And we'll have days where we win and everyone else loses.

Kimi Antonelli will be an absolute superstar. Would be fantastic to see him in a top notch Ferrari in the future.
-
The manager picks the team, but I'm convinced his hands are ties by clauses in contracts that guarantees minutes for certain players.
-
I think we'll be OK, but it's a mad league. There's no real way of knowing what will be a big game. Blackburn have a really tricky run in. Two of their home games are against fellow relegation battlers which can be a blessing or a curse and their other two home games are against the current top 2.

2 from 5 to go down. Not a bad round of fixtures, 2 wins, 2 losses and a draw, and we got one of the wins. Onto the next.
