  1. Ask Adrien Silva
  2. Just had an email from LCFC and got excited and then realised it was asking me if I wanted a last minute present for fathers day...................who died 2 years ago
  3. Live scenes from the Leicester ticket office
  4. Ah so they took "by 5pm" almost literally
  5. Spot on! We found a way that worked and suited the players we had, it wasn't blind hoof ball, it was calculated, accurate balls into the channels when necessary
  6. Ok, the video of all our goals scored in 15/16 I just watched on Youtube suggests otherwise, but let's agree to disagree shall we
  7. At what point did I mention defenders? As a team we made a decision to use a tactic that involved as putting the ball in the channels more often than not and it paid dividends. I'm not sure what the problem is???
  8. So we did play it long into the channels, as I said, but you just explained it with slighlty more grace than I did.
  9. Poor old Enzo will have to stay at Man City, watch them dominate England and Europe and coach some of the best players in the world. I feel for the poor chap, I really do
  10. I don't think he's got the legs anymore for a 46 game season, Daka would be the better option
  11. Yep, first time I've ever done it. I'm always the first criticise people who leave early but I couldn't stand anymore of it
  12. Completely agree, it is only my opinion and I accept not everyone will share my views
  13. I've said this before about NFC and I'll say it again. I've been to every home game this season as a member and used NFC for both myself and my son, not had one single issue at any stage. Downloaded every ticket as soon as it was emailed to me, took less than 3 seconds, brought the ticket up as I approached the turnstyle, tapped my phone on the reader, in we went, could not be simpler. It really puzzles me when I read all these posts about people having issues with NFC, for me it's the future and I'll never request another paper ticket if I can avoid it. The simple fact is that some people just dont like change and aren't willing to embrace something new. I will caveat all that by saying that there are obviously some scenarios in which NFC is just not an option for some people and for that reason, a paper ticket is fully justified but moaning about just because you don't like it, move with the times people!!
  14. Still almost 1400 tickets left. I am starting to worry that we might be half empty let alone there be any left. Now confirmed by the club that it is a Saturday 5:30pm kick off as well.
  15. Depressing isn't it. On the upside, it means my application for a season ticket should be relatively straightforward
  16. Knowing the PL, about 10 minutes before kick off
  17. I expected there to be a mad rush for tickets today as they are now on sale to all season ticket holders but that hasn't happened so I'm now more optomistic of it making it to members on Monday
  18. Almost 2k tickets left still. The 17th is when it opens to all season ticket holders, we will see a rush then and fingers crossed there are some left for members.
  19. Yep completely agree, 3 hours on the coach to Southampton with my 9 year old son and 3 hours back and straight to bed. Hated the result but loved the experience of going to a new away ground with my son, that's what I do it for, the experience and the memories. Glad I'm not the only one!
  20. Whilst Evans is not the player he was and we shouldn't expect him to be either after such a long lay off, one thing he does do really well is organise and communicate, you don't need to be 21 and in peak physical shape to do that. I have noticed that Danny Ward hardly says a word to any of the back 4 and the back 4 hardly speak to each other, so whilst he may not be the saviour in terms of his ability, his communication skills might just be the difference
  21. Maybe I'm a bit boring but I only ever go just for the Football. Each to their own I guess
  22. I am also not keen on going all the way to Manchester to watch us get thumped, however, I went all the way to Southampton to watch us lose and it hasn't put me off yet and also, my son was really dissapointed he didn't get to see Haaland play at the KP so would really like to go and see him at the Etihad, plus we can tick it off the list of grounds we want to visit. What I will also add is that we have done reasonably well away at Man City in years gone by, the 5-2 game springs to mind and the 3-1 when we won the league.
  23. Will this make it to members do we think?
  24. We've managed to take a Brazilian winger with more attacking flair that we've seen in a long time and turned him into Marc Albrighton
