For home games that kick off at 3pm the players arrive anytime between 10:30 and 11:30. Myself and my son stood at the players entrance a few weeks ago and got a photo with pretty much every player. He loved it and all the players apart from one or two where brilliant. When I say apart from one or two, I don't mean they where rude or anything like that, just that the chose to head straight into the ground rather than coming over to the fans.

I've got the same issue, both me and my son are STH but my daughter is a member but not able to get her a ticket until tomorrow rather than 2 days ago when they went on sale to members online. If you find out why it can't be done, please let me know. -

So what do we reckon is left in total?

Any updates as to how many tickets are left? Is this going to make all STH's?

Imagine if Leeds win a corner in the opening few minutes, half the ground will be empty by half time and those that are left will boo the players off the pitch!
-
Exactly this. I don't get why all of a sudden this is a huge game and despite being way off the pace, Leeds are suddenly a side to be feared? Yes they've got some good player and yes they've had a decent run of form but we've been 10x better and breaking records left right and center, go into the back expecting to dominate as we have all home games, take the game to them and put them back in their place.

So far this season the majority of our home games have been us keeping the ball for long periods (except Sunderland) and us trying to break down teams that sit very deep and have everyone behind the ball. Away games have been very different in that the home team feel obliged to have a go and that has left us space to exploit like we don't usually get at home and has lead to a glut of goals on a couple of occasions (Southampton, Blackburn & Norwich) as well several other fairly convincing wins. I reckon Leeds come tonight to have a go, they won't want to take a backward step, they will want to show the Championship that we can ge got at and beaten and I think that will play right into our hands. We will get space to work in, space for the wingers to attack and score goals. As has already been pointed out though, Enzo want's us to keep the ball better and Leeds will press high and make that difficult but if we can play around and through the press, I think we will score 3/4 goals.

It wasn't just the fact that he pulled it back for a free kick outside the box, he pulled it back 5 yards outside the box!! -
The one I heard that I couldn't quite work out the words for is the Mavididi song, something about Enzo buying a Lambourghini?
-
I've been to a couple of away games now this season, never really been before and absolutely loving it along side my 10 year old son. One thing I must confess though is that I don't know the words to all the chants and songs so try to sing along as best I can. Is there anywhere in which all the song/chant lyrics are listed?

Development/Youth Squads 2023/2024 Thread - U18/U21
coalvillefox replied to Ryy's topic in Leicester City Forum
Not in the slightest. Formation was vaguely similar and we tried on occasion to play out from the keeper but it just ended up with us putting ourselves under massive pressure through poor movement or sloppy passing and we just launched it and it kept coming back. -
Development/Youth Squads 2023/2024 Thread - U18/U21

I watched the game last night and Middlesborough where a joy to watch. Clear game plan, well organised, great communication and thoroughly deserved to win. Leicester on the other hand, disjointed, slow on the ball, slow off the ball, very little or no communication and a near silent bench. Spare a thought for Ben Nelson though, I thought he was terrific and this OG was very unlucky. Madivadua was poor, if he hopes to get back in the first team, it won't be on the back of last nights performance. -

Ex Players - They used to play for us

Does he curl the yorkshire pudding up and over the table and into the gravy though, that's the question -
I'm not sure I understand what the problem is, could you make it clearer? Some players get away with laziness and make up for it with exceptional ability, Dimitar Berbatov springs to mind, that unfortunately is not the case for Soumare
-
I'm sure it will be fine and if not, tell them the door is the same place it was when they came in

Bit of an odd topic but something that has bugged me for a while. Am I right in thinking that mobile phone data is blocked in and around the ground on match days or is it just me? I'm pretty sure every game I've been to over the years, even on different phone networks, mobile data is blocked. I can't even get Flashscore to load to can't check scores or anything.

Manager for the Championship rebuild - who do you want?
coalvillefox replied to Happy Fox's topic in Leicester City Forum
Exactly this, rather than having to work with an existing squad, he can recruit the players that fit what he want's to achieve. It's a perfect receipe for a new manager, complete blank slate, decent budget, world class training facilities. -
Yep, had the email at 15:48

Yes agreed, I had it also so wasn't too bothered by it to be fair
