what trainers have you gone for? I did gait test and over pronate a bit so gone for some asics gel Kayano (stability) think they are called. Also bought some asics Novablast 5 they are very springy but do get some foot pain on longer runs - better suited to neutral runners I think

Can’t disagree with anything said there, unfortunately a lot of fans will and they are wrong We used to be in league 1 brigade who are ok to see what’s happening to us and don’t care because it’s just an afternoon out for them if we go down this season (which we will) then we could be a mid table championship team for years (or worse)

A high risk appointment that is going to get us relegated. All decision making from Top and Rudkin is killing this club these last few years. Any other fan base would kick up a fuss but not us - we will clap them off.
