Yep hideous, it suits us now but wouldn’t buy new build for next house purely based off the garden. It is going to cost us close to £2000 next spring to get some mature(ish) trees for some privacy

We are in the process of transforming our new build garden with loads of bee friendly plants/flowers, tree’s etc. whilst a lot around us just lay plastic astroturf…. That should be used for sports pitches only!

We have young players with fire in their belly, Monga (sold) Ben Nelson - states he wants to leave the club, Alves and Braybrooke aren't proven yet. Do you think the youngsters will promote us single handedly? I doubt someone who is 29 would accept two years when other clubs would offer him three. He has scored 26 goals in league 1 for Ipswich, pretty much guaranteed a haul next year. If he does, we can profit on him, or keep him for Championship where again he is quite proven. Rather 3 years for a proven goalscorer than relying on kids to get promoted. If we don't get promoted this season we are toast. We probably won't have a club to support in 27/28
