    I hope it's becoming clear to people (who don't make any efforts to engage with the club themselves), just how difficult it is to speak with these people. The trust have improved immeasurably but to an extent, it doesn't matter. To make it very clear. They do not care what the fans have to say. They just don't. They will go through tick box exercises and then do exactly what they want, as they have done for the last 15 years. Semper Eadem.
