I was a director for a residents association when I lived in a leasehold flat, the directors just wouldn't sign something like that off. Plenty of management companies after business, and easy to switch from any that are trying to effectively, scam people in the ways suggested in your posts.

That cap of ground rent is actually a good change that will help a lot of people stuck in absolute scam agreements.

I suspected that the questions would have been pre recorded and I called Owyn out on it. To be fair he messaged to say that weren't, and that pre-screening questions breaks BBC rules on interviewing. I have no reason to disbelieve him given the questions he did eventually ask.

Fair enough, I guess when I emailed him to ask if he was going to throw his weight behind your last protest, and he didn't come back to me, he must just have not checked his emails. All I'm saying is there needs to be a joined up approach. I can see proposals for protests at every home game until March as it stands. People will quickly become snowblind to it.

The thicko owner just wants us to play like Man City. Anyone that interviews and says they'll play like that will have a chance of getting the job.
