There should be financial penalties for people messing you around on house purchases. My uncle passed away earlier in the year and we're in the process of selling his house - we accepted an offer and the prospective buyers wanted its listing removing which we agreed to. Fast forward 3 & a half weeks and the prospective buyers aren't responding to letters, emails or phone calls from our estate agent. Looks like the house is going back on the market.

Just seen an advert where a woman is selling stuff on ‘Vinted’ to pay for her exotic surfing holiday. I’m sure the £43 she made put a big dent in the holiday cost. Would understand if she was selling Versace or Gucci shit in the advert but she’s just selling used leggings from Matalan and some stuff that the girls from accounts got her from Claire’s Accessories as a leaving gift.

I can’t believe that Alec Baldwin has decided to carry on with the filming of Rust after he killed that poor camerawoman. I know a catalogue of errors from other people led up to the tragic event but how he can walk back on to that set and continue is beyond me.
