I didn't mention loopholes, it's the assumtion that we become alot more popular for Indian Nationals with the NI changes, and we/UK can leverage that interms of salaries. This is a problem. The student visa system is a scam, it's a well advertised method in India on how to gain entry. I got several family members who came through this method, there not students there economic migrants.
