  1. 5 more years to get to that 450 mark then.
  2. That’s what I was wondering. I have 69 pts. But I think you might lose them.
  3. What happens to your home priority points if you choose not to renew your ST? Do they go back to zero?
  4. I’m currently on 271. How long am I looking it to accumulate enough to be eligible for regular away matches? Isn’t 400+?
  5. I hope it’s not PTT. I think who a club has on the shirt matters. I refused to buy/wear a shirt with FBS on it. I’d similarly struggle to wear a shirt with a petrochem company on it too. I certainly won’t have my kid wearing it either. But each to their own.
  6. It would be an excellent show of solidarity if all those with mobile tickets opted for card instead. It would mess with the clubs ‘optics’ when making next year’s decision.
  7. If we are happy to give Fatawu game time then why not Alves? Both about the same age and both highly skilled with something to offer. Ryan Giggs was thrown in at 17. You can do well with kids! How much would it cost to buy a winger with Alves’s attributes? How much time to integrate them. Give the academy lads a chance if they’re good enough. Especially when we have money issues.
  8. You're only as good as your last season IMO and he absolutely stole a living in his last with us in The Championship. He was on the beach the whole time. Thank for the memories before that. Can't really say I'll miss him like his shirt suggested we will.
  9. It’s wishful thinking. If Norwich come up with us I think we just have to be better than one Premier league side to stay up.
  10. We need to finish above Ipswich, Norwich (not Leeds) and one Premier League team having a mare - perhaps Everton finally. Doable.
  11. You’re only as good as your last season and was on the beach, basically stealing a living. Adios.
  12. Survival and some stability. Simple as that.
  13. Footballers, like most people, don't take well to change initially. He turned us from a counter attack side into a possession based side that could counter attack. He also integrated academy players into the first team. He spoke funny though and, yes, underestimated and pissed off Vardy - definitely one mistake.
  14. Our fans miss a lot.
  15. Puel did so much good work for our club. I don't understand why he is still ridiculed.
  16. Yes. Vardy has a greater number of his best days behind him compared to what lies ahead. That is a fact. Not just opinion. Unless you want to argue that the essence of time itself has no relationship with performance and depreciation?
  17. His t-shirt was bizarre talking about how we have history and that we'll miss him. He absolutely stole a living this season and you're only as good as your last season in my book. Thanks for the memories before that but there's the exit!
  18. I’d rather Vardy walked at 37 than have us over a barrel for a ridiculous wage at this stage of his career. We need to run the club in a sustainable way. I love Vardy but the vast majority of his best days are behind him. That’s just a fact.
  19. I want him to stay. What I will not have again though is another manager knowing we can’t spend saying he needs ‘a refresh’ or that the squad isn’t as good as they think they are. We’ve had that before and it was toxic. So he needs to be happy with what he’s got and coach them into being better than their individual parts. Look what Bielsa did in the early days with Championship players. He never moaned and just got on with improving them.
  20. It’s shite like this which comes with promotion to EPL PLC. Top tier football is corporate and divorced from match going fans and their wishes. Imagine them trying to bring this on if we were in League One when we wouldn’t sell out. Would they hell!
  21. Picketing the club shop on a match day might get their attention again.
  22. Games don’t sell out if they go to members only. So the five game resale is no gimme if you can’t go.
  23. Some inspiration!
  24. Now we have an LCFC app I suspect the club to force the move soon. My father-in-law has a ST at Arsenal. Match ticketing is done via their app. Hopefully if enough people have emailed and shown our club there is resistance it won’t happen next season or anytime soon.
