I love his skills but his final ball and shooting is very often a let down. If he can crack that we’ll have no hope of keeping him long.

I think we’ll score late a lot of times this season - just like under Maresca. We desperately need a goal scorer though. Get Alves on the bench. Stephy, Fatawu and BEK were poor in large spells of this match. Alves covers all those positions.

I know I have a a bit of a bee in my bonnet about Alves not being on the bench, but I’m pretty convinced he could offer something positive in place of Fatawu, Stephy or BEK from what I’ve seen from this game.

I think I’m right in saying that Alves’ stats at Cardiff were very good, especially in such a poor side. He needs to play both for his own development and for the club’s on an asset management basis. He’s not being given a chance. Do we want to lose him on a free? I think we’re in danger of that.

Gutted. This has weakened the spine of the team. But this is what happens when you get relegated. The damage from Rodgers still causing aftershocks. Yes I am still that angry with him (and petty).

I take it all back. Despite what it says on the website I did get the option to use my rewards points. Perhaps because it’s still pre-season?

Just noticed that I have £23 worth of Foxes rewards on my account. Shame I can’t use them. You have to be a member or a STH to cash them in. Seems a bit unfair on those of us who didn’t renew. I know - should have read the small print, but still…. It’s a bit shit.

I really like the Puma shirt from the Great Escape season. My favourite ever shirt was our black away shirt from the title winning season. I stupidly sold mine for about £90. Worth way more now 🤦🏻‍♂️

Feeling a lot better about not renewing my ST this season. Was beginning to have pangs of regret. I have work in London on Sat mornings so Fri night and 12.30 Sat kick offs were a real headache.
