A back injury in Feb has had me out for 20 weeks. Walked my first parkrun on Sat with no after affects.Will do some Jeffing and hope to be back running in the next few weeks. Gave Blood yesterday so will blame my slow times on a lack of red blood cells. 5k in 55 mins to beat.

I'm glad you posted this, I also suffer headaches after pushing hard on a run or at 5-a-side, anyone know how to minimise them? It doesn't seem to do with hydration, any tips welcome.

On the way to KP on Tuesday at the roundabout with a church on it next to Braunston Park, a van and a car just gently turned right and pootled round the roundabout the wrong way. They got away with it, but blimey!

Oh, and after some friendly advice on how to watch TV, we currently get our TV through the Virgin box and record stuff on it. Always had Virgin as it was the only way to get quick internet to our house. Now other providers can offer quicker services. Should we change our viewing habits and dump the TV box and go to Broadband, streaming and some other way of recording shows or is everything available on demand now.? I do like recording stuff so I can skip adverts. Handy that it is all in the same place on 1 box. We have a smart TV but it does not have any recording facility. Any advice on how to keep up with modern TV viewing is appreciated.

Looks like some wires have been cut? The purple one looks to be cut? Has anything stopped working, parking sensors, fog lights etc? Might be worth getting a garage to put it on the ramps and have a look? Hope you get it sorted.
