Yes it was the turn of the new year,after being open minded,no heavy criticism his way,his performances have. Matured,even his odd trick or snapshots seems to fit and have purpose.Since that turn of the year, I am even more sure he will do well in the PL Igs not just his technical skills,which like Fatawu has it in abundance, For the PL his all round skill set must also add up…and he has it.. Fatawu, younger has it..I pray to god the Club puts everything within wisdom can secure his signature for a longtime.. Those runs and shots will see a better conversion rate has he matures. These 2 can make wing play more attractive again,with their simple success. Their performances & press will be a massive reason to keeping our PL challenge above the 14th to 8th mark.The other cogs obviously important to that high part of that mark and eventually pushing for those coveted positions. A 27 yr old Mavididi, and 22 yr old Fatawu will be the right time to be a pair too much for most PL sides, under Enzo guidance..

Don’t forget what Enzo said.. young player still has man & player learning his job,he will bring indifferent moments and performances,but can turn a game quickly.. When I see now Fatawu now on the ball,he is moving the ball differently,taking up central positions occasionally,defending seemly well down his line,but also will aim for Stephi has passing move or far post target… This I believe is Enzo asking some of his players to try something different at various times to move opposition around and not being able to automatically be sure of covering designated spaces…then sometimes suddenly Fatawu will run into the corner,or stop and feed & free Praet (earlier Ndidi) to get behind the defence and put those dangerous crosses in.. Of late more than before,but not so often has Fatawu,Mavididi moves into the centre with KDH or Winks being his get out or play the dummy,but also bringing in Fatawu..

That’s where we men always fall short, and collect headache excuses..

What says blind faith of some fans that others will be better than Akgun, who hasnt made one bad step… What we need what we get and the compromise Enzo ,Rudkin will have to work out. I know it’s a forum,and all opinions respected,but let’s see other than feeling, why we should buy blindly for the sake of it… It got us into trouble in the first place… and sorry what the fk is a proven Tier one performer… We need IMO a skillfull hard bastard…but since the title year, Manutd & bigger clubs has proven they are hard to find and their “Fernandes” is just an irritating snowflake.. We need to find the balanced quality that can develope within Enzo ideology & system…. That could be a budget Italian/other European/African or some signing from left side thought pattern… But it/they won’t be something from the Tielemans, budget or assumed quality category..

Glad to see from a lot more fans,no longer jumping all over a player because a few can feed & post unbalanced cynical remarks. Praet is a decent player, Enzo has mentioned a couple of times on his importance to the system…Praet came to us has a decent player he’s had a so or so indifferent time with us.. Last season not the reason for our relegation… This season positive runs in the side,more importantly his involvement around the assists,he’s finding his positive place in the set up. We see he flags after 70-75 minutes, that’s just building up a game fitness,to his hard run he puts in, on & off the ball… I like the guy, he now has to be pushed to see if his body can do 30+ games in the Premier league,he could save us some money,and give him & family a few seasons security…Plus a made to measure player for our squad, without harming our FFP and a player with anewed motivation… Enzo seems to have started out with the knack of finding little gems and handling players and created and spread as yet through ALL the squad and Academy players an all round harmony & fired desire

All 3 teams remain a threat… Leeds from the 3 could well win all games. and I fail to even bother to go through if n that scenarios where the other 2 will drop points.. Leicester players still have to concentrate on their games. Yes,!! 12pts +1 .is an hard task for others to chase down, but equally they are more than capable,just as ourselves to be either prepared to hold a strong run..or slip & have a loss of belief & confidence on 3-4 gamedays. Football can be a bitch,it’s far from over for top 4 places nor for 5th & 6th play-off musical chairs..

What’s the argument that James Mcateer is a better investment than Akgun..?? plus the fans will be crying out to somehow by hook or by crook,we should be holding onto Fatawu..

2nd half Enzo played the game-management card… He invited Rohl’s team on the front foot lads needed some practice of holding their defensive lines. We find it comfy playing the sublime,fantastic movements We need more practice across our 2 back lines,to improve on our syncing & understanding each others movement under stress & press.

Players have to face the PL first then they can be fairly judged after ca a couple of seasons…..to be fair. Even top managers/coaches drop their stitches sometimes. I have no idea as yet,how his future will run..

Had another top game,but yes I thought he looked tired middle of second half. Sort of Ndidi-syndrome…Long term Injury-orientated..

I was throwing in another perspective…any player including “ an in experienced” Mcateer should face critic when he falls short and is mis-firing..
