What players will be here next season in Div 1
Quorndon_Fox replied to StevieH's topic in Leicester City Forum
So below is a best case of successful summer activity, when you map it out its insane how much we are paying these guys and the length of contracts we have. By not renewing 7 players and ending the loans of 4 others we are already saving £400k+ a week. The real challenge sits around those that are in contract on high weekly wages and what their resale value actually is as we will be looking to get players out the door to remove the exposure of ongoing wages. At least three of them are a high risk of making a loss when you factor in existing liability. Sadly we will have to lose on some players which will wipe out profit of others (Fatawu and El Khannouss for example). With a few experienced additions and nobody earning more than £10k a week we might be able to get some balance back in the dressing room. You then enter into the next challenge, being competitive enough to get back up at the first try with the running cost of Seagrave destroying any head room you have for further investment. Loan Ends - Total Wages = £73.5k pw Joe Aribo Aaron Ramsey Divine Mukasa Jordan James Contract Ends - Total Wages = £343k pw Harry Winks Ricardo Pereira Patson Daka Jamaal Lascelles Jordan Ayew Asmir Begovic Wanya Marcal Likely to be sold - Total Wages £370k pw - Potential Transfer Fees £81.5m but likley to be a lot less Jannick Vestergaard - £6m - required to avoid a loss Hamza Choudhury - £5m BDR - £3.5m Wout Faes - £3m Harry Souttar - £6.5m - required to avoid a loss Victor Kristiansen - £4m Stephy Mavididi - £1.5m Oliver Skipp - £10.5m - required to avoid a loss Luke Thomas - £3m Caleb Okoli - £6m Issahaku Fatawu -£17.5m Bilal El Khannouss - £15m Total Drop in Wages = £786.5k pw Remaining Players Jakub Stolarczyk Jayden Joseph Sammy Braybrook Ben Nelson Nathan Opoku Tom Wilson-Brown Will Alves Henry Cartwirght Fran Vietas Michael Golding Jeremy Monga (rumoured until 2031) Louis Page (rumoured until 2029) -
Quickest win Top can get right now is removing Rudkin full stop. It wont solve anything but it will at least give us fans some hope of change over the summer. New DoF, their appointment of the next manager, sell off or release the shite that has landed us here, rebuild with the academy and some decent hardened Championship/ League 1 players. Might be to much to ask though of a billionaire man child.

Why don’t you f**k off back to where you came from!

Sorry to break this to you at already bad time for the club but this sick bastards upstairs are giving out free cans of chang beer on Friday, as if we haven’t suffered enough. you can exchange it for a bottle of water they probably won’t let you take into the ground though.

Light the beacons of Gondor!

That 3 mins of false hope felt warm while it lasted. -
How has this taken 3.5 weeks to put him in post? Sacked in the autumn by Oxford so available… why the wait?
-
Social media obsessed wanna be G’s… all now ten a penny cut outs. Vardy really is the last of personalities.
-
If he understood anything about business he’d have reacted to Covid… a lot of companies owners did.

Honestly turning up at the ground on a match day is not going to have any effect. You need to hit these bastards where it really hurts and that’s in the accounts. Don’t buy tickets, got a season ticket? Leave your seat empty, boycott the shop, basically avoid being visible there or spending any money that will go back to KP. When Top And KP are having to foot the bill for an empty stadium they’ll have to let business rule of sentiment and sell up.

Key point there is having an owner that runs you like a business. Ours has inherited a business, never built one.
-
Saying you don’t care at this point is basically saying you could give a **** if the club went out of existence.
-
You wish that was the problem…

The small desire I had to go was destroyed when I realised this is a CAT A fixture and the cheapest ticket is £30… no thanks.

Does anyone actually know why?

Is this potential turd on TV tomorrow?

Get this ownership gone, the billionaire baby needs to leave now. A 6 point deduction isn't being let off, its confirmation of his mismanagement of the club and further damage to his fathers legacy.
