I remember seeing the below video and where I’ve time stamped helped me with getting it on/off peel and never had a problem with it. It’s a learning experience and you’ll set the things on fire and do all sorts. Tastes so much better when you nail it though. Best sauce I ever made was actually a leftover bolognaise sauce I’d made it a slow cooker and just had to hand. All preference if you want a fresh tomato and basil flavour or a richer one cooked and reduced. Good luck!
