  1. Yeah, just hope that because it is an unusual pairing we can make a game of it
  2. I like Alcaraz and Nadal, but gives us more of a chance of winning the gold
  3. Not looking good, especially given we haven’t even replaced KDH! we have no other attacking midfield option. Maybe playing Ndidi there is the only option
  4. Wanted to see Daka get some confidence and at least hit the target against this 7th tier side!
  5. Imo we would have certainly been relegated if he was manager. I feel Steve Cooper with more experience and less risky gives us more hope of staying up
  6. Are you being serious,🧐
  7. Not looking good off the field for them, maybe could get another points deduction who knows… so possible and let’s face it it is about time they went down
  8. To be honest English managers and coaches are improving but they aren’t at the level required at the moment. The only option I would seriously consider is Howe to be honest. If we can’t get him then yeah we will have to go foreign again if we want to have a chance at doing well at the World Cup
  9. 100% get Pep if he wants it and he will be worth waiting a year for. Just let Lee Carsley step in until then
  10. Well yes, most of what you have mentioned is pretty much for all international jobs… so yes the man who takes the job would need to be interested in getting into international management
  11. It’s a different level that is just the truth, it would be a risk for anyone without her having any experience in the men’s game. I watch women’s football and want them to do well but let’s not pretend it is of a similar standard
  12. The team have outgrown him; at the time he was the right appointment though and brought some respect back to the England team.
  13. Yeah, it is common amongst a lot of the top international sides across the world.
  14. Potter has been waiting for this, he will be up there that is for sure
  15. Right decision, he has taken us as far as he can, but he doesn’t have it in him to get us over that final hurdle. We need a more tactically astute manager who plays a less negative style. Southgate deserves respect for what he has achieved did a decent job at what was a difficult time for the England team.
  16. Just like 99% Croatia calling it big but remind me of their trophies
  17. Who cares croatia group stage elimination and England at the final.. it’s almost like the spurs fans complaining about possession and points gained over 3 seasons
  18. I’m not going to say a bad word about any of the players… they are stars and that is what is different to 2028 when Southgate come in. It’s been another disappointing campaign under him and we should be looking for someone who is a winner not a loser
  19. right thanks, I felt against the Dutch we were actually decent and when southgate decided to play the right players, palmer and Watkins we looked good… anyway southgate needs to resign, no club in the PL or Championship would genuinely consider him
  20. I have a feeling klopp would actually jump at the job
  21. Well that is southgate but I meant from the iceland shock so he got credit and he was new to the job. The thing is he hasn’t improved at all, just the players have outgrown him now
  22. Well I agree, southgate is useless… but I’ll never go and prove that by not using facts. I’ll use the fact he was beaten by Croatia. France, Spain and Italy. Croatia I give him because back then we were truly on our knees… now we have some of the best players in the world the excuses need to stop
  23. Well we can make assumptions and get gratification because England were finally beaten… statements like this are frustrating. Yeah I agree southgate is useless but random rubbish especially when the French are mentioned is boring. I don’t deal in ifs, buts and maybes that is for sure
  24. He was the right man at that time. Good with young players and reshaped the England team. Now the job is beyond him, he has world class superstars that he doesn’t have a clue how to handle… aka Martinez at Belgium, and now Portugal. Both sides have better players than Spain and Italy
  25. One 1️⃣ agree with, just sometimes you can’t just play the best 11 players you have to compromise, we don’t do this… and it is an age old problem
