  1. Exactly this splinter, when we are in that stadium we all represent Leicester City Football Club not just the players on the pitch.
  2. It’s just embarrassing to be honest. When you are winning 4-0 and our fans are streaming towards the turnstiles while the away fans are singing loud and proud and then despite being hammered in the second half stood and applauded there manager and team? It’s stinking support and quite rightly called out as such.
  3. So when the capacity is increased how early will people need to leave to miss the traffic?
  4. Ironic that our song is “when you’re smiling” when we must be the biggest bunch of moaning, grim, boring fans in the country. Thank god Union FS is the still keeping some element of the fan culture alive
  5. Wasn’t just the family stand L1 was half full aswell. Shocking, 4-0 up on Saturday evening and people can’t wait an extra 10 mins to clap the lads off after a game because they want to get home early. Ironically so many people leave now the people who stay the full 90+ get home early aswell. Why dedicate almost all of your Saturday to going to a football match but then not stay till the end to save yourself an hour or two? Baffling to me 🤷🏻‍♂️ As always will await the “I pay my money so will do what I like brigade” to speak up
  6. Michael Owen is that you?
  7. High cross John Lewis (burgess street) is the one to go for mate
  8. If you don’t mind paying for the privilege and ample space and parent and child spaces are super important then the John Lewis car park will be perfect, even the non parent and child spaces are large on every floor so you’ll have no trouble. The high cross car park is the one you want not the John Lewis rooftop*
  9. https://skylab.com/bouncebackability-what-are-the-chances/ really good article on the performance of teams relegated within the pyramid and their chances of promotion etc. over the past 20 years relegated teams into the championship only achieve promotion back to the premier league around 25% of the time either through automatic or playoffs instantly. Shows just how hard it is to get out of this league and also how great are start has really been. IMG_2445.webp
  10. Despite our recent downturn in form and West Broms run we haven’t conceded more than one goal in any of our games this season in the league. If we do lose I can’t see it being by 3 goals like many have mentioned. Tight game I think and one in which will probably suit us due to West Brom not being as defensively minded as other teams. I’ll go for a 2-1 win.
  11. Spot on this mate got in the carpark
  12. First time to Hillsborough, where is best to park/drink prior?
  13. I have loved not having VAR in the championship this season to be able to simply look at the linesman after scoring a goal to determine if it counts or not is brilliant. I don’t believe we can go backwards though and I’m sure as time goes on better technology and process will ensure it’s used better and faster. Let’s not forget without VAR we may not be sitting in 2023 with an FA cup to our name as it’s likely we go onto lose that final if the chilwell offside wasn’t given.
  14. As the title suggests really do you think it’s something that should or need to happen at some point? I am really enjoying not having VAR this year personally but considering promotion to the premier league is worth its weight in gold should this not be introduced into the championship at the very least in the future? Fine margins and a wrong offside call or penalty could sway promotion for example towards the end of the season especially. I know VAR isn’t perfect but do we think it would be a good idea or not?
  15. It’s a fair point but recycling the play is so important when you don’t have options. It’s no coincidence that a lot of our goals have come in the last 15 mins or so this season and as previous people have said the constant keeping of possession has been a huge factor in tiring teams out. just checked the stats and we have 12 goals scored 0 conceded in the last 15 mins the most of any team
  16. I don’t think this really applies to be honest , should we all just stay at home with our loved ones and never enjoy a hobby in case we accidentally put other things before others? Surely people go to the football to enjoy themselves to sometimes escape from our daily lives for 90 mins
  17. Decent TIFO, maybe union FS could have Enzo Marry Me? next?
  18. I don’t think it’s people like you Jimbo, one minute before end of game is acceptable. Think it’s the people who are leaving sometimes with 85 on the clock or even sooner that’s baffling.
  19. This leaving early always splits opinion, but at the end of the day you wouldn’t leave a cinema right before the end of the film would you. Personally don’t understand it, but as someone always points out people are free to do as they please. The only bonus now is so many people leave early the people who stay and watch the full 90+ don’t have as much traffic either!
  20. Are these also part of the new Ban Khao Tao range?
  21. I agree with keeping with the philosophy of passing out from the back but after you’ve just scored a the opponent have just nearly nicked it 2 mins before just kick it long for the next couple maybe. It’s all game management
