Spot on this mate got in the carpark

First time to Hillsborough, where is best to park/drink prior?

I have loved not having VAR in the championship this season to be able to simply look at the linesman after scoring a goal to determine if it counts or not is brilliant. I don’t believe we can go backwards though and I’m sure as time goes on better technology and process will ensure it’s used better and faster. Let’s not forget without VAR we may not be sitting in 2023 with an FA cup to our name as it’s likely we go onto lose that final if the chilwell offside wasn’t given.
-
As the title suggests really do you think it’s something that should or need to happen at some point? I am really enjoying not having VAR this year personally but considering promotion to the premier league is worth its weight in gold should this not be introduced into the championship at the very least in the future? Fine margins and a wrong offside call or penalty could sway promotion for example towards the end of the season especially. I know VAR isn’t perfect but do we think it would be a good idea or not?

It’s a fair point but recycling the play is so important when you don’t have options. It’s no coincidence that a lot of our goals have come in the last 15 mins or so this season and as previous people have said the constant keeping of possession has been a huge factor in tiring teams out. just checked the stats and we have 12 goals scored 0 conceded in the last 15 mins the most of any team

I don’t think this really applies to be honest , should we all just stay at home with our loved ones and never enjoy a hobby in case we accidentally put other things before others? Surely people go to the football to enjoy themselves to sometimes escape from our daily lives for 90 mins

Decent TIFO, maybe union FS could have Enzo Marry Me? next?
-
I don’t think it’s people like you Jimbo, one minute before end of game is acceptable. Think it’s the people who are leaving sometimes with 85 on the clock or even sooner that’s baffling.

This leaving early always splits opinion, but at the end of the day you wouldn’t leave a cinema right before the end of the film would you. Personally don’t understand it, but as someone always points out people are free to do as they please. The only bonus now is so many people leave early the people who stay and watch the full 90+ don’t have as much traffic either!

Are these also part of the new Ban Khao Tao range? -
I agree with keeping with the philosophy of passing out from the back but after you’ve just scored a the opponent have just nearly nicked it 2 mins before just kick it long for the next couple maybe. It’s all game management

Not surprised following our league win, although it’s a shame the social media side of things seems to be run by work experience members of staff.

Carrier pigeon just arrived at the window, advised 0-0 at Prenton Park

Patrick Ham-Berger 🤷🏻♂️👀

Nice little work around I agree, the point still remains though the thought process is to still have control
-
I imagine some fans possibly did get new ones for whatever reason but I was told to use my current one and if I lost it I’d be charged £10 for a replacement 🤷🏻♂️

The only reason the club want to try to enforce these digital tickets is to benefit themselves further by having the power back in their hands to resell tickets, instead of the average fan just passing it over to their mate when their on holiday for a tenner or something. They have not printed or distributed new cards for this season for example so the “cost” of new cards argument doesn’t apply we can use the same card in theory for a number of years. Continue to let people have a choice it’s that simple.

Super save today in the second half at 1-1 down low. I’d suggest with ward or Iverson in goal it nestles in the corner

Friday is Dolmio day in my house.

I hope not.

Deane and Dickov were absolutely deadly. Dickov was such a great player, as said very “vardy-esqe” The perfect mix of a strike partnership
-
He may well do Stan from an ability point of view. But on the topic of “player reactions” if his statement and “feelings” have any credibility you would hope he would not force a move unless the club tell him he needs to go.
-
I fear you may be right, but if I’m honest Harvey would be the one player I would highly prioritise to keep at all costs. His record in the championship when on loan with West Brom was really good he would genuinely be a level above the in the championship and a key part of coming straight back up.
-
At the end of the day the players can say anything they want. If they are truly gutted about the situation then stay as a Leicester City player and fight to promote the club back. Obviously a blue tinted way of looking at it but it’s that simple to me.

I don’t disagree with you mate to be honest. But you know what we have had the most amazing 10 years! Am I disappointed, frustrated we didn’t go on to cement ourselves? Of course! But I am forever grateful for the era we have just witnessed. At the end of the day you support your team through the good and the bad times. 👍🏻
