  1. I feel genuinely sick!!!!! I can't believe this
  2. Very very frustrating game, the off sides were getting laughable, fair enough we don't play to vardys strengths but remember the bloke who would chase down everything and get the crowd going, what's happened to him, thought iborra played ok, gray looked up for it when he came on, I'm not a massive chilwell fan boy but he was by far and away the motm, soyuncu did ok, couple of clear interceptions, ghezzal really is the player we were warned about, terrible!!! Shame for amartey, looked a horrific break, maddison a bit hit and miss tonight, but it's hard to be a playmaker when there's literally no one making good runs behind, albrighton for all his hard work really really frustrated me, the crosses into the box hoping for anyone to get on the end were painstaking to watch, I'm still for giving puel time but after that I think the owners will act and it could be the last we see of him
  3. Proper wincer that injury, shame as I don't think amarteys been too bad, looks like he's out for a long time
  4. Anyone been keeping count of how many times we've been caught offside?
  5. If Claude is given the sack, who would you realistically bring in?
  6. I like albrighton and can never question his workrate, but the continuous aimless crosses into the box are really starting to p**s me off, who do we exactly think is the target man
  7. First reaction I didn't think it was a red, seeing the replay definite red, can't get away with that nowadays
  8. We really are sickening at the back aren't we, some of get free kicks we have given away are so soft, lots count of them
  9. I have a really bad feeling about this?
  10. You can't blame puel at all, and I'm sick of reading the comments supporting him with the sack, arsenal just completely took control, kept the ball well and played how they have nearly all season, once they got their foot in the game we were always gonna struggle, first half we were brilliant, once arsenal got into gear we couldn't live with them, as is the case for a lot of other teams this season, for me puel will always be given a rough ride no matter what, we can see he's trying to build something which I think IS working, for some to react the way they have to us getting beat by a team who will be gunning for top 4 is laughable, some of you really need to have a reality check
  11. A BIG IF!!!! Theyve started the season in cracking form and the spurs win was hugr to come back from a goal down against a side many expect to be up there, but deep down, if it comes down to the last 8 games, watford are top of the league with a couple of teams on their tale, would you want them to push on and capture glory, or would you be rooting for the "big" teams to overtake them?
  12. Lets not understate this win, when the fixtures came out it was one of the most difficult in the league, aside from arsenals opening games, united first who we never do too well at old trafford, put in a solid performance that deserved more, then have to play a promoted team who walked the championship, have some quality players and who most pundits have down to finish above us in the league, getting thenfirst points on the board is always a relief and to do so against a team who are expected by most to maybe challenge for top 8 is bigger then maybe we think, after the first 2 games, not getting too carried away but theres signs there that we could be in for a very good season, after the last 2 summers of ssome questionable transfers, its nice to see the new players that have played put in solid performances, i thinj we are starting to see claudes plan
  13. Anyone else ready for the wolves goal with 5 minutes to play which leads to us all needing new underwear?
  14. See i dont mind losing games like this to the big teams if we play like we are, passing with a purpose and looking quickly for the gaps, think i speak for everyone when i say i can take losing in this manner, when we really have a go and everyone puts in a shift
  15. Really bright half, wasnt expecting that, can see why the refs gave the handball but looking back on it its harsh on amartey, hits his shoulder, had that been up the other end we would never have got that in a million years, impressed with everyone tbh, ricardo looks like he can do a real job on the wing, positive signs
  16. Really excited by this, for a young lad he reads the game so well, the first clip and that interception...........jjjjeeeesssuuuusss
  17. Our closing down looks great too, nice to see
  18. Reckon weve done really well tonight, maddison is going to be such a massive player for us, every time he gets the ball something looks like its going to happen, its a shame that you can see a "big club" coming in for him next season, i believe he is that good!! Also i wouldnt mind claude throwing in a surprise against united and starting johnson, been really impressed with him this pre season
  19. Amid the doom and gloom surrounding our arry potentially moving to united and no replacement for riyad as of yet, i have a huge feeling that we will be a real surprise package this season, and will surpass alot of the media and other footballing fans expectations. Positives ive seen so far such as maddison looking lively in games and already set to be a fan favourite, players comes back from loan looking sharper, such as leo, kapustka, mendy, all looo like they will get a chance and have a point to prove. Unless your really itk, no one knows whats going on behind the scenes transfer wise, i trust us to not have another silva episode and the remaining incomings will get done before anyone else moves on, aside from the deadwood we have who need to be shipped out. losing maguire really isnt the end of the world, hes a big player for us and we are a better team with him, but hes not irreplaceable, so trust in the owners and rudders (to an extent) to get it right this summer. Realistically i would love us to have a real go for a europa spot, and believe we have the team and the manager to do it, puel has a vision and its clear hes sticking to it, especially with giving the youth a chance, i reckon hes going to prove alot of doubters wrong this season. Whatever happens though, its never boring being a citeh fan is it
  20. We are a bit loaded in the centre of midfield, but aaron mooy, what a cracking player, solid, composed, always wants the ball
  21. Can't see where in my comment I was comparing him to Riyad? Just said he would be a good signing
  22. Would be a good signing, don't see how he's getting so much hate
  23. Danny "5 goals a season" welbeck ladies and gentleman
  24. If ever a game was made for vards, this is it!!
  25. Fancy diving in a friendly, was the worst dive I've ever seen
