Robbed by the ref and the lino from taking it to extra time but we were absolutely crap in the 2nd half No chance we would've won that in extra time anyway, that 2nd goal was always coming for them eventually

It is never us looking good because we are playing well, but because the opposition are dog shit like tonight As soon as the opposition start actually playing a bit it all just goes one way and other than players in positions he just doesn't change anything Needs to go -
Jakub comes out for that
-
aaaand there it is Tossers
-
Definitely gonna be Garnacho (who hasn't scored in ages) or the rat as well
-
Or bring Ayew off at the same time so we don't effectively lose a sub, which we now have
-
More of an issue that Ayew is still on the pitch
-
AYEW IS STILL ON THE PITCH HAHAHAHAHHA
-
I really want to see Monga but still how the hell are neither of Mav or Facundo on for Ayew yet
-
Bouba you clown
-
We just cannot play Soumare and Winks as a pair, neither of them defend Although he is meant to Skipp doesn't really do much either Should've kept Hamza
-
Back to having zero defensive ability in our midfield ffs
-
How have I only just noticed Faes is captain now Fvck off
-
Garnacho is getting way too much space in behind JJ
-
Oh god we have broken Wilf again edit: maybe not lmao
-

Ruud Van Nistelrooy Pre-Match Press Conference vs Man Utd Everton? “A disappointment on the game, which we didn’t see coming after the Spurs performance. Very disappointing. We evaluate and go through the game and where we have to improve and then we get back to work.” Bad start? “The players know that. If you start a game like that in the Premier League, you are going to give yourself an impossible task. Overall, we have very good starts of games. This was a bad one.” FA Cup a break from the Prem? “It’s always welcome. We have time enough to recover and prepare the game. We will do our all to be at our best. It’s never a distraction. To be in this competition is a privilege. It’s a dream for every player to play there at Manchester United.” Momentum? “You win and it’s not a guarantee you keep winning. But we lost seven in a row and it’s not a guarantee you lose. You start with a clear mind for the next one.” Old Trafford? “It’s special to go back there. I have history as a player, as an assistant, as a caretaker. My focus is on my players and my team, to get the best out of them and to show what we’re about, in the fight and in the spirit.” Young players? “It’s a great opportunity for younger players. Monga and Evans will be on the bench tomorrow.” Developing young players? “The moment I came, coming from the Netherlands it’s a country where you develop players. In my time in PSV, it was great to be involved in the development of Gakpo, Madueke, Simons, Branthwaite. You learn about their approach and mindset and then you develop them as players and human beings. The first thing I did was join them in training. When players are good enough, they can help the team.” Convincing Monga and Evans to stay? “It’s what it’s about. A talent decides on his pathway. This club is a great pathway for young talents to get first-team training and first-team games. Not many clubs can offer that.” Ndidi? “Wilfred is fine. He’s had a great week of training and will be in the squad tomorrow.” Injuries? “There are two or three with light injuries who will be assessed.” Disappointed about transfers? “It’s not a question of being disappointed. It’s a question of reality and where the club stands. We had to deal with the restrictions. We needed to impact the team with impact players and we weren’t able to get them because of the balance of opportunity and restriction. We tried. The focus was on impact players. With Coulibaly, we did it, but other opportunities weren’t possible.” Did something change about what was possible in window? “The conversations in November were clear. You enter a process together and everything is presented to you. The idea was that there were certain possibilities, but when the numbers came on the table, it turned out to be different and we had to reassess and see what we could do in that framework.” Consistency? “We’ve seen in the spell I’ve been here that we know what we’re capable of. We reach a high level in spells. But the consistency is failing. We can play well and then a week later we are nowhere near that. Consistency is not a button. The standards have to be raised day to day to become more consistent. That is my job. Those are my standards, how you should live football and I’m sharing that with the players. I’m telling everybody this is not the standard, or this is the standard. You can’t change that in eight or nine weeks but we still have time.” More difficult because no signings? “When you strengthen the team, your chances will improve, there’s no doubt about that. But the means were not there to do so. It wasn’t possible. Also the loans were blocked because we have two players. The disappointment is that two loans are not having the minutes so they’re not strengthening the team. We looked at foreign loans.” Transfer reality? “The reality is not always as you wish. I was part of the communication, so the development didn’t come as a surprise. Then I’m quite pragmatic. Let’s get on with it. If you can’t get players from the outside, get them from the inside. Young players, Ndidi is back, that’s an addition, Hermansen is back, that’s an addition.” United? “I’m glad I don’t have to analyse the Manchester United squad, I’ll leave that to Ruben. We have prepared for them and I know the squad inside out.” United lost five of last seven at home? “We have our own issues. We have to look at us. I don’t believe in sequences. You can always win a game after you’ve lost a couple. We want to represent ourselves in the best way possible.” Celebrations could be punished? “Sense of humour in a celebration, let’s not take that out of football. If it disrespects a culture, then it’s not possible."
