I think we will move at least 1 out (either Coady, Souttar or Nelson on loan) and if we play 5 at the back we definitely need 5 centre backs Vestergaard Faes Okoli 2 of Coady, Souttar, Nelson

22 year old right footed centre back (turns 23 next week) 32 starts on loan at Frosinone last season as they finished 18th and were relegated

Not going Celtic https://celtsarehere.com/wilfred-ndidi-agent-respond-celtic-speculation/ His agent told us “Wilfred is unfortunately not coming to Celtic. The news is false”.

I don’t think you can set payment structure and terms etc when it is a release clause Wouldn't surprise me if we move on from him now
-
No thanks, we already have Vardy as our older experienced striker
-
Only if you ignore that he actually was playing for their under 21s last season

Need a quality replacement / backup for them though and we don’t currently have one - massive loss if either of them get injured for an extended period of time Sosa could potentially cover both as well

Quite surprised the players aren’t coming back until next Monday, thought it would’ve been yesterday https://www.leicestermercury.co.uk/sport/football/transfer-news/leicester-city-notebook-fatawu-transfer-9381935

https://www.leicestermercury.co.uk/sport/football/transfer-news/leicester-city-notebook-fatawu-transfer-9381935 It’s expected that Richards is one of a number of young players to have signed a new deal at the club. Usually, City don’t confirm new contracts for development squad players, but it’s understood that they’re preparing an announcement where multiple deals will be announced at once. -
Adi Viveash has surprisingly left Cov, he would be good to have in the backroom staff

Will be fine https://www.leicestermercury.co.uk/sport/football/football-news/leicester-chelsea-psr-deadline-transfer-9378556 Football finance expert Kieran Maguire told The Athletic: “What you can argue is that it might fall under the definition of an adjusting post-balance sheet event. Under those circumstances, you could say you’ve agreed a sale of player X from one club to another — ‘We’ve broadly agreed the fee, all of the main issues have been dealt with, but there are still a couple of issues outstanding with regards to personal terms’. “The clubs had broadly agreed a fee but were still waiting for the player to sort it out. Therefore you can back-date it to June 30. An adjusting post-balance sheet event is where you’ve got evidence of something that had broadly been agreed before the balance sheet date. You would need to have evidence of that, but it shouldn’t be that difficult.”

Everton were after him in January towards the end of the window on loan - Benfica weren't interested that late into the window Reported earlier in June by the same place that have reported our interest in him that Benfica want €30m for him Would be a brilliant signing to replace Wilf

Can get the ferry over and back for about £100

I think he will have an alright couple of years as a squad player with Chelsea, maybe even win a cup with them, and then end up at a midtable side like Palace or Fulham
-
These are the kinds of deals I have always wanted us to do, shame is has taken PSR ****ery to make it happen Spend a few million on highly rated youngsters who seemingly have a blocked pathway to the first team
-
At least it looks like we have actually done the incoming transfer from Chelsea smartly if true - £4m and 4 year deal for Michael Golding https://www.footballinsider247.com/leicester-city-agree-deal-to-sign-chelsea-star-michael-golding-sources/

I would be very surprised if he is straight into the first team At most I think he would be around the same level of Braybrooke and Alves in terms of how close they are to being in match days squads etc.
