He hurt himself celebrating after the Preston game on Monday

Enzo Maresca Pre-Match Press Conference vs Blackburn Rovers Injuries? “The only one is Kiernan. He had a small problem the other day, so he will be out.” Celebrations this week? “We continued to enjoy the moment. When you work every day to achieve something, you have to celebrate.” Encourage the players to celebrate? “I encourage it, but there is a limit in terms of we have a game tomorrow. There is time to do everything, but you have to be able to manage it.” This week? “They are fantastic moments. I enjoy a lot. Because there are so many things happening, you don’t realise 100 per cent. Next week, we are all off, and we can realise better.” Looking forward to trophy lift? “Especially because it’s at home in front of our people. We saw the environment in our stadium when we needed it. It will be good for all of us. Tomorrow will be a nice day.” Blackburn? “It’s a team that are playing to survive. So we need to be aware of that. They are going to be 100 per cent. They have been unlucky this season. The previous manager was doing good work. The new one is trying, but it’s not easy. They are still there. They have a chance to stay in the Championship.” 100 points? “It could be something important for sure. Nobody has won 32 games in the Championship before, so we have the chance to be the team to win 32 games.” Excited to be a Premier League manager? “Very excited. We work every day for that. We achieve it. Now the next one is the break we need. Then we talk about next season.” Mentioned issues you wanted to iron out? “I already mentioned in January, in the window, when we had some problems. I said it was not the moment. At the end of the season, we can talk about it. The same thing with the financial problems. Nobody told me, which I don’t think it’s the right thing to do. There are things we need to clarify. For the rest, we are fantastic. We are all happy.” Transfer for Fatawu and Yunus? “It’s the club that’s going to manage that situation.” Most difficult and favourite moment from season? “When you join a club that has just been relegated, there are many things to do, inside and outside the pitch. It’s not the best mood so you have to work in different areas. I enjoyed all of the season, even when we dropped points. You can see how people behave when you drop points. All of the moments have been very good.” Are celebrations tempered by potential points deductions? “I don’t care about that. We work every day to achieve our target. I’m the most happy man in the world at this moment. Our lawyers control that. Hopefully we can find a solution." Relationship with fans? “Good. We are all the same. When we drop points, we are not happy. But overall, it’s the same situation everywhere. Next season will be different. Most people have in mind the recent history, the last 10 years. Next year, it’s quite clear our target is to avoid relegation as soon as possible.” Promoted clubs have struggled this year? “Exactly. Not only this year. 90% of the time, promoted clubs are in the relegation battle. We need to understand our target.” Transfer embargo? “In terms of the embargo, it’s not my job. There are lawyers in charge for that. Hopefully we can find a solution.” Transfers? “In this moment, we have not talked about the transfers. From next week, we will plan next season.”

Not sure why his representatives or someone close to him would be talking to L’Equipe but oh well https://www.lequipe.fr/Football/Actualites/Jamie-vardy-proche-d-une-prolongation-a-leicester/1464928 According to our information, their request was heard. “ There are ongoing discussions and it is very likely that Jamy will sign for one more year ,” confides one of those close to him . And we will then take stock again in a year . “Jamie hasn't changed, he still parties occasionally, he has kept the same friends and he sometimes misses training sessions ,” continues our interlocutor who adds that the third top scorer in the history of Leicester in the Championship (with 174 goals) nevertheless takes particular care in his recovery: “Jamie has installed a cryogenic chamber and an oxygen tent at home where he sometimes stays for more than an hour watching a broadcast series on Netflix... For the moment, Jamie does not set an age limit for continuing to play because he is recovering well and still feels capable of playing at a very high level.”

I actually think it would look even more similar to how his heat map looks for Bologna (a lot more presence in that actual deep left back area and inside left area of the box) as we will have to be sat in the actual back 4 a lot more as like you say I expect there will be a lot more defending for us to do
-
I kinda hope that Enzo would have a sit down with him before anything is done with Bologna to just show him after 1 full season of the system under him that whilst yes it isn’t like a traditional full back role, it isn’t like you are only playing as effectively a centre back which I do think will have been his main worry I do think he would be very suitable for the role Kristiansen’s heat map compared to JJ’s and especially Doyle’s isn’t really that different Kristiansen Doyle JJ

The below reason for forcing people into digital is such a big lie lmao - Admit supporters more efficiently into the stadium on matchdays; If anything it makes it worse- 539 replies

Didn’t realise Jonathan Rowe at Norwich will only have 1 year left on his deal in the summer Would be good to try for if they don’t go up as competition for Fatawu and Mavididi as he can play both sides
-
Not long enough, should be 5 years! Honestly should be 1 year with an option for another
-
I assume trying to find a form table that shows Leeds are still better
-
Only reason we had that lead in the first place was because they took 4 points from 15 in December where as we took 13 points from 15 which added on to their crap start They just had their wobble before we did It isn’t bottling it just “balanced out” both clubs having a poor period Difference is they ended up shitting the bed when it really mattered and we didn’t! I really hope we win and they lose on Saturday, so just like with Spurs, we finish 10+ points clear of the gobby lot who say they are coming for us and end up finishing 3rd
-
Not really sure what to think of him to be honest He isn’t particularly creative or progressive at all so he won’t be running us up the pitch like KDH or being the one passing it forward Looks like he would maybe be more suited to replace Ndidi, as he does tackle and wins a lot of headers, would need to improve on his interceptions though Bit of an odd player really, should probably just be played upfront as he looks to be a good goalscorer when he gets a chance and strong in the air!
-
Honestly should be one where even if we still have to cover a good portion of his wages still let him go Better than him sat on his arse here doing nothing and us paying the full amount

If you click filter in the top right on the squad screen you haven't got players that "do not need to be registered" ticked have you?
-
He really doesn’t want to do it though, would rather get someone who does
