Probably the only game ever where I can understand why people would want to pre-order it.

Toxic club - an inconvenient truth about our fans
RoboFox replied to LeePhilpottsBaldSpot's topic in Leicester City Forum
The irony. "Stop creating endless negative threads that contribute to toxicity" by creating yet another thread complaining about everyone else's negativity. OP's post boils down to dividing the club into three camps who all blame each other while presenting himself as having already transcended the issue, then criticises others for demanding everyone else change whilst writing an essay explaining why the fans need to change. It's the inconvenient truth™ Surely this is just participating in this so-called "toxicity" while claiming a moral high ground? Sorry, but this is self-righteous tosh. -
Toxic club - an inconvenient truth about our fans
RoboFox replied to LeePhilpottsBaldSpot's topic in Leicester City Forum
Not this tosh again. Fans don't hire managers, negotiate contracts, decide strategy or set standards. The board does. A call to "reset the tone" is treating the symptom while ignoring the disease. Instead of asking "can we all stop being so negative?", maybe the question should be "can the people running the club stop failing with zero accountability?" The reason these threads are so active isn't because they enjoy being negative, it's because the problems at the club are ****ing constant. All supporters are asking for is evidence that lessons have been learned and that failure has consequences. Until that happens, criticism isn't "toxicity" it's a reflection of the reality of the club.- 181 replies

Feel bad for Panama. They’re shit but Ghana are also shit. Should be a shitshow draw.
-
Truly honking stuff. You feel for the people paying out of their arses to see this tosh. Bodes well for Inglund mind.
-
Trying that nonsense in the World Cup man. Absolute plonker.

IMO one of the best broadcast interviewers particularly, who seems well liked by managers and players. Always gets a good response. Never asks fluff questions or tries to generate a social media soundbite, but also seems very authoritative and amenable.

Awesome watching us play the ball up and down our own byline. Reminds me of a certain club.

Iraq look decent going forward. Pure brain fart from the keeper. Shame. Mad how individually some of these players are playing at such a low club level, yet don’t look out of place when in the tournament.

I think she's friends with his ex-wife Danielle and she was there.

Lineker mentioned on his podcast the other week he'd had Lucy Pinder round for dinner "amongst others". I wonder whether Russell was also there. He's had him on The Rest Is Football too. You know he's going to be all over this appointment.

Just goes to show how much the club values the views of the supporters.

I don't know how anyone could dislike Ally McCoist. His enthusiasm is infectious. Bloke could read out Terms and Conditions and get me excited about it. Seems like a very nice man too.

I love the guy but Huth loves to say absolutely nothing and this article reflects it. Total tosh all round.

Group D: United States, Australia, Paraguay, Türkiye
RoboFox replied to davieG's topic in World Cup 2026
Paraguay were pitifully bad TBF. I felt kind of sorry for them. The US will come unstuck against a better side, but I do have a feeling they’ll do alright sadly. -
You have to be mental to pay for this shit individually. It only ever seems to be for corporate jollies and now they’re probably all going to Forest or Cov.

They were always going to become "media personalities" when he retired.

We all knew it was coming. So ****ing predictable. Another nail in the coffin.

It's been said before but I'm absolutely certain that it's because Rudkin is so ill-informed and poorly regarded in football that he just relies on Glover's contacts who was previously there. Our talent pool is basically Wasserman and Southampton.
-
Definitely. Aiyawatt has a thing for archaic, boring posession football because he hasn’t realised the game has moved on. Rudkin is clearly seen as unserious, so seems to rely on Glover’s connections. This is why we’ve essentially become a bottom feeder for Saints. Anything that has been through there has a higher likelihood of turning up here.

I've since gone back and watched the first few episodes of the first series and the drop off is absolutely noticeable IMO. It's like a different show. It's so obvious that since it was the last season with guaranteed huge viewership, Amazon slashed the budgets to maximise value, and it massively suffered as a result. Everything more or less takes place within a series of rooms with a handful of extras. S1-S3 has huge outdoor set pieces all the way through. And I get that the cancellation of Gen V probably threw a spanner in, but the writing in the last season is so inconsistent. Character arcs that go nowhere. The power scaling was all over the place (seriously Homelander's laser eyes cutting people in half, then at the end they don't even damage their clothes anymore?). The entire V1 storyline turned out to be completely pointless. The dick and arse gags were painful to listen to at times. Essentially Homelander was built up over the entire series, along with the "scorched earth" stuff, and he basically did nothing. I still enjoyed watching it because I was already invested - but the last season was a massive disappointment with awful writing, carried by the performances of the actors.

You’re giving him far too much credit. That would require a level of planning and competence that he doesn't have. The club isn’t declining because of some grand plan - it's in the pits because he hasn't got a ****ing clue what he's doing.
