Where's the retro badge come from? Is this a rumour or are we just posting fantasy shirts?
-
Top and Rudkin should already have got him on the blower to get him in as a coach whilst doing his badges. But they won't have because 1. He's too influential. 2. They're thick.

I just knew it’d be a matter of time before Martin was mentioned FFS.
-
Listening to the WYS podcast reminded me that this lad will go down in history as the club’s worst ever signing.
-
Every now and then I just picture Aiyawatt standing next to teflon Jon in the director’s box shrugging after relegation was confirmed and once he knew the cameras were on him. A totally transparent display of public self preservation and bewildered disassociation.

Yeah, very disappointing. This final season felt so small. Tiny set pieces like Amazon had completely slashed their budgets. I was hoping they were saving it all for a massive finale but no, it basically all took place inside a few rooms. Writing was all over the place too. So inconsistent. Not as bad as GoT by a long stretch, but didn’t feel like a fitting end to one of the best series of recent years.

You know who I feel sorry for? The half and half scarf sellers.

The bloke was dressed in a ****ing Eastleigh training kit as a disguise. https://www.nytimes.com/athletic/7293082/2026/05/20/southampton-middlesbrough-spygate/?source=twitteruk I wonder when they went to spy on Wednesday he was dressed as an administrator?

Rudkin will sat there simultaneously balling his eyes out whilst thumbing through his tiny contacts book for Southampton’s Head Of Spying so he can bring them here on fifty bags a week.

r/championship is going to have a meme meltdown. It might even top Farage day.

I've been putting off watching the doc thinking that I'd just get more annoyed about how badly it's gone wrong. It actually had the opposite effect. The further away from that season we get, the more surreal it feels. Just completely bonkers.

No Space Man slander on my watch. It's not only the best song the UK has ever sent, it's an all time Eurovision classic banger and I'll fight anyone who tries to come onto my small hill.

I love MON but Celtic can get ****ed. League needs a new champ. I hope Hearts can cling on.
-
I love that there’s always such amazing concepts in these threads and we’re eventually just totally whelmed by the bang average stuff the club comes out with.

They'll never face the fans in something official like this. Ever. These dudes are awkward. They don't have the personalities to be public-facing, this is why they consistently hide behind the managers. Or in Aiyawatt's case, stand twenty feet away flanked by security guards. But most importantly - they don't have the answers. They'd be made to look absolutely foolish.
-
In fairness, whilst this is obviously true, I do think he's also become a massive fan over the years. I've watched a couple of vodcasts with him recently and his walls are caked in City memorabilia and he struggles to hide how much of a fan he's become at times IMO. He's admitted he still watches every game without fail and now he's not as involved with the club anymore he's letting slip how exasperated he is - just like the rest of us.

No managerial communication since relegation to L1 on 21st April
RoboFox replied to 1972 Fox's topic in Leicester City Forum
I've been trying to find the actual picture of them holidaying together on Aiyawatt's yacht which has been posted on here a load of times. Seems to have been deleted. -
He also played for OH Leuven for three years. Good to see that Rudkin is still using his vast network of connections in the game. Bloke must have a contacts list of about four people.

Shame this is selling terribly, and I've just seen the Athena event has also been cancelled due to lack of interest. It's sad and I hope the legends understand that it's not a reflection of the fans feelings towards them. They deserve to be celebrated. But I don't blame people for turning their backs on this football club. This is on them.

Yeah, it was obvious that they went for Enzo - probably until the end of the season. But it's one thing Gary Rowett being aware of this - given they took an age to ring round to see who was available before finally appointing him. But another to INVITE the man they really wanted into the director's box for your first game. Rowett starts off his tenure undermined, exposed, and probably humiliated. It's like having a new girlfriend around for dinner and inviting the ex. The optics were awful and we were probably doomed from that point. The people that run our football club are different level ****ing thick man. -

Didn't someone come out recently and say that Rowett was aware before the game and furious? It might've been Rob Tanner on a podcast but I can't recall. -
Ric Flair Live & Direct on BSLB Podcast
RoboFox replied to Ric Flair's topic in Leicester City Forum
Thought I heard Jake's voice coming from my other half's phone whilst she was on TikTok the other day. Not sure she's a secret BSLB listener so I asked her to scoll back. Turns out he was flogging perfume on there. Big Smelly Leicester Boys. -
What Game Are You Playing At The Moment ?
RoboFox replied to LeicesterBran's topic in Music and Gaming
I bought it digitally on release and it was pretty awful. They ****ed it massively hyping up like they did. It just couldn't live up to the expectations. Don't get me wrong there's quite a bit of jank there too still, but in kind of an endearing way. There's enough content here to fill many, many hours... But at the same time some people will get instantly bored with it. It's still probably not for everyone, but considering it's such a small studio, they've done a great job making it into something that feels like what they set out to make in the first place.
