It is a cow... these are tidal flats between 2 small islands, and there was a herd of cows wandering around. Surreal, but picturesque.

OK my opinion of Aperture may be slightly skewed as I am not a big editor of photos. iPhoto, the free program which comes with the mac is superb and does some excellent touch up work. I will try to put up the example photo I did on Aperture tonight.

I am going to download the free trial of aperture from the apple website and give it a try.

Sorry, Aperture is £100 and Lightroom is £200 Maybe time to install limewire.... I tried Lightroom on my cousin's mac - you can do some incredible stuff with it.
