i think this is where you have time left on your passport but it was issued more than ten years ago because a decade ago, the passport office would issue renewals 9 months ahead - hence the passport was valid for between 10 years and 10 years and 9 months. if my passport expired this december then id not be bothering to renew it ahead of a trip in the next few months. but if it was issued in march 2014 then i woudlnt be allowed to travel ! i think .......

once the accounts are in the public domain, everyone can see them. It might seem a bit crazy but It’s possible that someone will notice something that the authorities haven’t? We want to delay things as long as possible. I can’t see any benefit in filing the accounts at CH before the date they have to be filed.
