The problem with changing Manager again is we're still stuck with players on long Contracts who the new Manager doesn't want. We really need to get smarter with our Contracts.

This is a problem with both JJ and Mc Farlane, They are both too eager to get forward and support our forward players. This is where Coaching comes into it, Teaching them when to go and when to sit by reading the oppositions tactics and positioning. It's even more of a problem when our CB is so slow. Their young and will learn but maybe until we get a grip in games they should sit a litte more deep closing off channels and marking players.
