No, This is the opposite to Asset stripping. This is putting money into the Club for the purpose of paying off loans. Asset stripping is usually done by taking out Directors loans from the Club. and never paying them back. They just sit permanently on the Balance sheet. Something the Glaziers at Utd and others have been doing for years to destroy Clubs. It's something I sincerely hope the new regulator makes it illegal in the future.
