He's a willing runner and has improved in his overall play but still doesn't understand the game. Too many times he comes back into our half contributing little while leaving us now out Ball. He's got to stay up top and create space for others if not goals.

There's a lot of pressure on the players today. They need to stick together and cut out the mistakes. Then just let the Football do the talking., We know we can score Goals. A clean sheet and a win would be great.

When was this, I've never heard of the Club being sold. ?

Tell him no need to worry, I'm sure one of ours will give them a helping hand.

I felt for him the other night because he was having an excellent game up to that error. I just wonder, How much of a part did the Head injury play in his poor decision making. It's easy to be wise afterwards but maybe he should have stayed off the Pitch after the Head injury.

He trained well today so likely to come on as a Sub on Saturday depending on how the game is going. -
He's certainly a lot more relaxed about the job.

So what's the problem with Richards, Is it Fitness, Injury or is he just not been picked. Which seems very strange for a Team who lacks a Striker.

Now your being silly. I said I had a career working with young players. That surely implies I'm retired now. What I can tell you is some of the greatest talent I've seen never made it because of attitude and life style choices. Now enough said on the subject. -

It's a hunch because I've seen it before with talented young players. Talent alone is generally not enough to succeed. To me he appears to carry himself like he's better than everyone else and despite several opportunites now he hasn't really delivered any standout performances. It's difficult for young players I get that, And I understand the way constant accolades and making the first Team at 16 can play with the players head. Right now I feel he's just going through the motions, When he should be following the example of someone like Harry Kane. The really good players see true all the hype and work even harder to understand whats needed. I think Rowett will be a better influence on him than Marti or King has been. And I hope he really does make it because right now we need all the help we can get. -

That's the point I was making. Maybe not clear enough though. -

I feel we would still get the better player in any such deal. I think Monga is believing his own hype which is dangerous for any young player. -

He's an excellent player and perfect for us. I doubt Man City would let him go unless in atrade off for Monga. -
He needs to stop playing the opposition onside when the ohters are stepping out. Something I'm sure Rowett will sort out quickly.

I thought Mason was doing a good job when he was WB Manager.
-
It looks like we are trying to beat our own record.
-
He seems to get too under the Ball and heads it with the top of his Head instead of the Forehead.
-
Lovely, hopfully they lose.
-
In the 8 role. Musaka the 10. or vise versa.
-
We'll need all the help we can get. The more that are dragged into the relelgation area the better.
-
And 3 more with Marti. Heshould have been sacked earlier.
-
Norwich, Portsmouth, and Blackburn all lost. Which is a Bonus.
-
Winks MOTM for us tonight apart from his shit corner. Skipp also brilliant. Just a pity we dont have a Striker.
-
A well deserved point tonight.
