Now your being silly. I said I had a career working with young players. That surely implies I'm retired now. What I can tell you is some of the greatest talent I've seen never made it because of attitude and life style choices. Now enough said on the subject.

It's a hunch because I've seen it before with talented young players. Talent alone is generally not enough to succeed. To me he appears to carry himself like he's better than everyone else and despite several opportunites now he hasn't really delivered any standout performances. It's difficult for young players I get that, And I understand the way constant accolades and making the first Team at 16 can play with the players head. Right now I feel he's just going through the motions, When he should be following the example of someone like Harry Kane. The really good players see true all the hype and work even harder to understand whats needed. I think Rowett will be a better influence on him than Marti or King has been. And I hope he really does make it because right now we need all the help we can get.

I feel we would still get the better player in any such deal. I think Monga is believing his own hype which is dangerous for any young player.

He's an excellent player and perfect for us. I doubt Man City would let him go unless in atrade off for Monga.
