There's no battling qualities in this team.

I understand they're not his signings so I don't want to be to critical. But we're watching the same players making the same mistakes game after game. Why doesn't he try Okoli who is quick up top. Or Faes, Vesty. or Okoli etc. Or try Fats or Mav in there where their trickery might create something or even win a Pen. I know our wingers get little or no support at times but why do they have to keep on trying to beat defenders, When they're double and triple marked and attacks break down. Wouldn't it be better to switch the play quickly to where the space is. Does nobody speak up at team meetings. ? It's a team game , they have to communicate what they want and expect from each other and this should be driven by the Manager. On aseparate note we don't look fit enough looking at the teams we've played recently. Too many basking in 5 star luxury.

I haven't seen anything in recent games that makes me believe he knows what he's doing. What does he do in training with the players.

Play anyone as a striker than the Clowns we keep playing up tp. At least he's win a lot of Balls in the air.

I'd like Carlsey if we could get him. Good at working with young players and know what he's doing. Unlikely though.

I think Hamza is better in the advanced role chasing the Ball down instead of playing at FB. Monga in the middle is an interesting choicem Can he play there. ? I must confess I've been a little disappointed with him on the Wing and nobody seems to be telling him where he's going wrong. We know he has the trickery but has he the vision to play others in. But that's about as good a team as we could put out. Just my thinking.

I haven't seen a lot to be honest, But I feel for any Manager that hasn't had a chance to bring any of his own signings into the Team. What we have is a few decent players and a lot of rubbish which is not down to him. All he can do is move the players around looking to find a formula that works. A few in and out signings in January could change things.
