Do you know something we don't ? -
I always feel sorry for any Manager who has to work with what he's been given. You can only really judge him when he makes a few signings of his own. So far he's doing ok and seems to have the Players playing for him. What he wants and we need is more quality and a smaller squad.

Maybe I'm old fashioned, but you've got to have a strong lad up top. I't so important. They can occupy Defenders, Win the Ball, Bring others into play. Allow others to get forward by holding up the Ball. Support the Wingers, Help out at Corners and set pieces as well as scored Goals. It's also why we missed out on Champions league. It's also the reason Man City struggle at times despite the quality they have in their team. The little I've seen of Caranza I'd question who scouted him. As he hasn't shown much todate except the dark arts. But maybe he just needs to get up to speed and will come good. -
Apologies, I thought I read somewhere that she was in her seventies. She may feel burnt out, Or that she just cant work with Top and Rudkin any more, and who could blame her for that.
-
It's hard to see how it will go. I think Tops heart is in the Club, It's just if he has the know how to improve things. Or the wisdom to hire someone like Pearson to guide him in the right direction. Mewhile we suffer on under Rudkin.

Very well said. Susan along with Vichai built King Power between them. I said at the time, The crash it was the worst thing ever that could happen for the Club and so it's proved. Susan is in her Seventies, So it may be time for her to retire. Or it could be that she doesn't like the new set up having to answer to a Board when you know they are somewhat incompetant. I for one wish her well for the future and thank her for her part in our successes since the takeover. Her leaving could just be another disaster in our recent history. I suspect Top will be eaten alive by the Sharks in this business unless he gets a proper Money man in beside him.

I thought we had a Set piece Coach. Every week it's the same poor Corners and Free Kicks. -
Albion are working hard to keep us out. They won't keep that pace up second and we'll get chances.
-
How did Ayew miss that cross. We need Carenza on.
-
Why didn't Mav shoot when he cut inside.
-
A quality Goal against the run of play.
-
Nice passing paterns from us.
-
Starting on the front foot which is nice to see.

I could see improvements in the team and in individual players so credit goes to Marti. We are getting better and looking better, it's just a little hard to see where goals are going to come from. Coventry worked really hard to keep us out all game and there Keeper made a few saves ad did Jakub. Pluses, Jakub solid in goal. Winks and Soumare superb in midfield. Ayew ran himself hard all game Fats tried his best, And Monga superb when he came on. Caranza done ok for a first game and James probably could have done better with his chance. Allround a Draw was probably the right result and Cov still haven't won in Leicester for 25 years.

He done an awful lot of running yesterday winning back Balls and working for the cause. Including the goal. If Daka had 1/10 of his skill on the ball he'd be a great player, but he hasn't, and so while Ayew is not a CF, He gives it his all and that's all I ask from any player.
-
Finanlly someone who sees it much the same as me. He has a much better command of his area than Mads, Is an excellent shot stopper. While being good with your feet is a bonus it's not the first rquirement of a Keeper, Clean sheets are. He will improve his distribution with proper Coaching and more games. He was somewhat unlucky with both Goals today. His best is still to come.

We done well to recover a point but a better start is whats needed instead of giving the opposition the impetus to keep going at us. Dissapointed with the slow start again. Ayew played well and done brilliantly for the Goal. I seen him giving some of our team the verbals for the way they were playing and rightly so. He will do a lot better in the 8 or 10 role with the new CF leading the line. Skipp is such a poor player and offers us nothing. At least Soumare can play if he has a mind too. Hard to understand Marti's thinking eith him. I'd move Ricardo into midfield with Winks were their class will tell, Then play James or Soumare with them. Though I'd like to see Faes play defensive midfield. He'll be aggressive in there but also will win a lot of Headers and can certainly play with the Ball at his feet. Okoli done ok but was at fault for the Goal because of poor marking and not attacking the Ball in the Box. Vesty is solid enough apart from his lack of pace. I think Mav is suffering from Fats performances and trying too hard. He just needs to settle into his own game and not always look to beat a man. We done well to recover a point but a better start is whats needed instead of giving the opposition the impetus to keep going at us and us playing catch up. It's early days yet but I expect performances to improve as the new signings bed into the Team.

Worst Manager has to be Taylor for the amount of money he spent and the rubbish he signed. Totally egotistical like Rogers. The one I despise the most is Rogers for the way he took over a good team and went on to a great Cup win . He's largely responsible for the mess we are in now having spent 200 plus million on mostly poor signings. He also cost us Champions league by not signing a big type CF. Just a couple of Goals was all we needed that season to finish 4th. After his poor signings, He then took no responsibility for it and blamed the Club. Then threw in the Towel and jumped ship. This is why the structure within the Club has to be right regardless. As Managers come and go.

He looks decent in that Video. Good awareness, sharp and good positioning. He'll definitely score more goals than Daka. -
I hope we have a buy back option if we are promoted and want him back.
-
Thanks for that info it is enlightening. I thought it's laid by rolling it out as opposed to spreading seed. I certain they know what they are doing, but can they not just take up a roll and lay a new one. It just shows how the Technoledgy has moved on. I have in the past laid a few Pitch but it was just Drainage then soil and seed. That was 40 year ago. I'm sure they get it sorted. Didn't we have an educational course for groundsmen from other Clubs to attend. Is that still going.
-
Yes that's always an option if we really want rid of him.
-
I think his injuries has persuaded him to become a mercenary which is a shame. Still, We've had some good seasons from him and it's best for both of us if he move on. We get a nice Fee and give one of our young lads a chance.
-
I doubt very much Rangers will offer him anything like he's earning here. So it's hard to see him going but I hope he does and we start afresh with a new pairing at CB.
