  1. No comparison Maguire turns like the Titanic. He's already our quckest CB.
  2. He certainly is mobile enough to play in there. Look at Stones for for Man City instance. He's slow yet he's been a revelation since Pep moved him there.
  3. They're definitely not Bottlers what they are is inexperienced. There's a true saying in Sport, You have to learn how to lose before you learn how to win. This is virgin territority for most of our young squad, Top of the league and the Winning post in site. Suttle little changes in their menal thinking leads to hesitant reactions, Gone is the free flowing off the cuff football that we were playing earlier in the season. When you add that to Clubs trying harder against us then you have a problem. A win tomorrow night will help greatly in boosting Moral and Confidence in the Squad.
  4. His biggest problem is he's to slow. We need players who cover the ground quicker, Especially if we're going into the Premiership.
  5. I've said this a while ago to move him into midfield. He'd give us the physical presence that we've lost since Wilf got injured. Plus he's comfortable with the Ball at his feet. Can pass and support others.
  6. You're partly right. We've needed a big CF eactly for days like yesterday. I don't know why Enzo doesn't move Vesty up there when things are not going to plan Just win knockdowns. I know he wasn't available yesterday but we've had the same problem in other games. There's not much wrong with the system but you need the right players which to be fail to Enzo he hasn't had time to assemble. I expect big changes in the Summer.
  7. Firstly we need to get used to the fact that Enzo isn't going to change his ways and he should'nt. It's not the method that's the problem it's the personnel. The blend within the Team just isn't right, it's what Enzo inheirited with a few additions and he's stuck with it. The return of NDiddi will be a big boost to moral but that's a month away. We need Coady's experience in the team now. Put KDH back in the 10 role where he plays his best. I'd go with Yunus in the 8 where he was brilliant against Bournemouth. The Wingers have to be encouraged to take on defenders more often and switching play needs to be execuated quicker. Passing needs to be quicker and our positioning needs to be better inside the Box but with Coady as a third attacking threat along with Vesty and Faes we might have a chance of winning a few set plays. I know it sounds silly but the players need to forget about winning the league and concentrate on just winning matches one by one. Then the league takes care of itself. Easier said than done though. Maybe Enzo needs to bring the lads for a few Beers or Pizza's to relieve the pressure on them.
  8. I'm a huge Fan of Enzo but he got it badly wrong today. Firstly with the Starting lineup and secondly when he brought Yunus on for Praet. We now Vesty was going to be a big loss, But he should have used Coady for his greater expereinced alongside the relatively inexperienced Faes. That was his first mistake but he compounded it by switching KDH to the right and bringing Yunus on in the 10 role when Praet went off injured. We have a very inexperienced Team to begin with and to lose Vesty and Ricardo the 2 most experienced players we have who play regularly. Coady should have been used from the start for his experience, Not that Nelson done a lot wrong apart from the Goal. Coady I'm sure is repected by the squad and so would have been accepted by the players providing leadership from the back. I thought Enzo must have reliazed KDH is the best 10 in the league and much more comfortable on the left. That was the mistake that ultimately cost us today. He was lost on the right and Yunus was lost on the left Which left us relying totally on Daka up top. The Team lost it's way from that moment on and never recovered. I can't understand why Enzo done what he did but also failed to change them back when it clear that it wasn't working. The natural cohesion went out of the Team which lead to to many mistakes particularly in forward positions. I know injuries have depleted our squad but now is not the time for experiments, We need to get back to basics , Go with experience at the back, play players where they are most comfortable. Work on the positives, instill confidence in the players , encourage them to express themselves as they showed against Bournemouth. This is typical Leicester, We never do things the easy way. We need to get back on track before the whole season unravels. Leadership has to come from the top. Time for Enzo to step up and deliver that cogent leadership asap.
  9. Praet and Yunus should have been like for like. Moving KDH to the right has cost us the game so far.
  10. He needs to be moved back to the 10 role.
  11. This typical of a game where you need a big Man up top.
  12. A big mistake moving KDH off the left. He should have just swapped Praet and Yunus like for like.
  13. So it's either Coady or Nelson. I think Winks is going to have to sit deeper with no Vesty. Unless Faes takes up the role of Vesty. I'd just worry that he'd go on one of his runs and leave a lot of space in behind him.
  14. It will be interesting to see who Enzo will rest for this game. Surely Ricardo is due a rest, Especially after to tough games. Maybe he'll go with Hamza in the Ricardo role.
  15. I'm guessing there not showing a picture of the Dog to protect his identity.
  16. Southampton working very hard against Liverpool tonight and don't deserve to be losing 2-0.
  17. A repeat of the Cup final will do nicely.
  18. Yes no need to fear them they're leaking a lot of Goals so it is winable.
  19. I know Fats scored a wondeful goal. But lets give credit to Marcals effort in the first half which equally deserved to go in. I'd like to see Marcal a few more outings before the season is over.
  20. It's two early to say and the Jury is still out. Daka needs to be better at finishing. Cannon has something about him that's interesting. He reminds me a lot like Cottee who made a great career for himself. He needs to play regularly to get himself up to speed then we'll see how good he is.
  21. This is very true. It must be a joy to play alonside Ricardo particulary and to learn from him. He's playing so much better than ever for us in recent games. Long may it continue.
  22. Thanks, Yes of course we are going to need loans etc to a make the next step. But I'm curious to see who Enzo picks himself to bring into the fold this summer. If the scouting dept can also find a few quality players on the the way up then that would be a huge boost to the Squad. The one area that worries me a little is our lack of Physicality. I'd like if we could find someone of Stature for the midfield. Then again maybe Enzo he can work his magic on Soumare and get him playing for us. A lot to be positive about assuming we make the promotion.
  23. Like Enzo said we'll need the whole squad before the seasons out. These couple of games with Vesty out is a perfect time to play Coady and assess how he does. Then Enzo will have a choice when Vesty is available again.
  24. Yes, Even Doyle was much better last night. That must win header on the back post reminded me of Simson at his best. I think Enzo will play Coady for his leadership qualities along with Faes against QPR. Then bring Nelson on second half. We should have enough to beat QPR comfortably on Saturday.
  25. The only thing that beat him last night was the Hamza clearance. Overall he was excellent, Safe Hands good shot stopping and not afraid to come for a cross. Someone in our Scouting Dept clearly has a good eye for Goalkeeping. He's another great prospect with a big career ahead of him. We're well covered it the Goalkeeping Dept now for a few seasons.
