I can’t stand watching Thomas and Ayew play. Their default is to stink it out. Ayew summed it up when he went into the 10 role but kept occupying the left wing, held onto the ball for too long when Faes was open. He then does it again instantly. A half decent manager would stop these bad habits or get rid, not nice guy Marti. It’s frustrating seeing us get undone by simple wing play and overlaps, yet we never do this. He's turning Monga into Mavadidi & Ayew.

Even if he changes the personal he won’t change his tactics and develop any footballing nous. Marti is the managerial equivalent of Thomas, Soumare and Skipp.

Just like with Thomas and the peno. He had no pressure in front of him, controlled the ball and had Monga in front a few metres away. The idiot couldn’t help but stop and stink out the play no matter the cost. It’s frustrating seeing 7 passes to get the ball where one pass was on.

If our manager had half a tactic in him he would’ve got JV to pass the ball to Winks quicker and got Jakob to play it quicker. Instead we spent 70 minutes watching a professional make the windows shut down music before he passed to the opposition.

And Okoli shouldn’t start any of the attacks out of the back. I remember Enzo praising Nelson’s passing and moaned that he wanted him to be braver and do more. Okoli can’t move with the ball, he stutters and puts himself under pressure.

I would play Page, Nelson and Monga who are known unknowns, rather than the likes of Ayew, Faes and Thomas where you know what they are going to do before they get the ball. Nothing they do is positive yet the manager lets them carry on every game. It has gone beyond having crap players, the manager is setting whatever team he puts out to fail. The manager is void of any tactics or tricks or knows how to set them up to get the basics. Not sure why after the first 15 minutes they switched to Okoli starting all the attacks out the back. We went to shit then because everything was then slow and sloppy. He is unable to move with the ball and stutters before he passes, usually a slow long pass to put everyone else under pressure. After that we stopped making the quick attacks with Fatawu passing into space for JJ to cross. Enzo ball was dull when it was passing around the back for the sake of it, but the players were drilled when they attacked.

They would certainly work smarter. We looked ok at the start. JV was playing the ball quickly instead of walking football. Fatawu was playing JJ into space and Ramsey was floating around. Then it all seemed to stop. Something changed and Okoli for some reason was starting every attack out the back, everything became a mess and a struggle. Ayew stunk the place out as usual. He’s more interested in winning fouls and occupying other areas apart from up front.

Especially as the simple pass to the winger was on and he was under little pressure. He created it by stopping and looking to play backwards. Thick and useless, not a great combination.

If he can lay it off quickly to Ricardo or JV but he stutters then hits a weak pass to the middle. He seems scared when he has to do it.

Not sure why JV isn’t the one playing out the back. Okoli stinks it out every time.

Nice play by Thomas. His auto back pass kicked in when a simple pass to the winger was on. The idiot can’t help himself.

It was Okoli’s passing and play with Hamza that was the huge let down. It’s strange that a young modern day centre back has such a poor pass.

What about the tactics and setting up to okay against the opposition? That’s on Marti.

You would a manager with half a brain would see this every week and make changes. Work out the space where the extra markers are from and target there. Offer support to the wingers, overlap and play out the back quicker. Sadly we have a crap QPR manager who has shown no improvement.

Add to the mix his useless tactics, watching Abdul getting doubled up on and run ragged all game. Watching the chuckle brothers play walking football to the halfway line and invite a press and lose the ball.

I’m not expecting anything different. While the players he keeps selecting are thick and lazy, the manager doesn’t seem to be able to motivate or even set them up correctly. Ricardo, Winks, JJ and Ramsey would be great to see together, doubt it will happen. JV walking football to the halfway line ignoring the unmarked wingers, blasting the ball to Daka who can’t control it, Soumare jogs away while they counter. Let’s see if Thomas passes the ball forward and runs beyond the winger instead of standing around waiting to pass backwards. If he starts with Soumare, Ayew, Hamza and Faes then he deserves the boot before kick off. Another KP buy cheap, buy twice appointment.

All our wingers act like they are making YouTube step over compilations. They have been ruined by the manager and his shit/lack of tactics. On the rare occasion they do get some support, they ignore it and the quick cross or shot into the box. Marti needs to get the midfield to thread balls into space for wingers to run at these defence, try and get an early yellow like Barnes would do. An overlap from our full backs would be great as well.

Watching JV continually play the Enzo ball into the clown was bad enough, until he switched it to long ball and the idiot couldn't even control and bring the ball down.

He could try using tactics and the strengths of the players he has. Be a manager and a tactician.
