As has been said, in the summer no one wanted to touch us due to potential PSR issues and points deductions, you are correct that we should be further on with signings, but the mainstream press were adamant that we were being deducted points, and the timing of this at the start of January was no coincidence, it was done in my opinion to destabilise our recruitment in this window. No surprise that things have moved slowly.
