The Murder trial on C4 was a very interesting watch but absolutely terrifying. We would be as well flipping a coin to determine guilt.

I've got no issues with the style. I see the benefits. I see the consistency of it and I think with an upgrade of players, it can be successful in the PL, particuarly the longer we play it. My main concern is the outright refusal to deter from it. Yes, we make small tweaks in games here and there but for the most part, the philosophy stays the same. Wether we are 2 goals up, 2 goals down, or 0-0, we keep going with what we are doing and that doesn't always work out and the step up to the PL will see it work less as there are better managers who will make changes to swing games even if we did get the tactics right to start with. A plan B that's drilled into the players as well as this system is would make me feel a whole lot more confident as games go on. I do see the hypocrisy in saying the more we play plan A the better we will get at it and then saying we need to abandon it sometimes but I think sometimes it doesn't matter how well executed a style is, there are systems that exploit it and we need to be ready for them because we will come up against them post promotion..

I doubt there will be any documentation of any SERIOUS MH issues. I mean, she worked in a school when this happened...

Exactly. I suspect they will go down the mental health route but there is absolutely no justification for this. Ever.

https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-13119675/Ohio-mom-abandon-baby-Candelario-vacation.html I can't get this poor wee girl out my head. What she must have went through breaks my heart.

That's because the match thread is where psychopaths and seriel killers go to feel good about them selves. To feel normal. -

Thought it was Marcal's best game for us. Worked hard and was very positive going forward.- 377 replies

Very good shot stopper. Strong and confident coming for crosses but an absolute nightmare with the ball at his feet. Almost gave me an aneurism.

I wouldn't say that asking questions the fans want answered is "poking the bear." If I was a Celtic fan, I'd be pretty raging at some of the stuff he was saying in that interview. Stuff like "even a draw wouldn't have been a bad result because a 4 point gap isn't that much" and would have 100% wanted him pressed on it. -
That's just the media attention that anyone connected to the OF get in Scotland. It's something that not a lot of clubs in England can understand but it's not unusual for Rangers/Celtic players to make the front pages as well as the back for the smallest of things up here.

Yet, less than a month ago, you were playing down Enzo's role in our success and crediting superior players, facilities, budget and even luck to our wins... ofcourse, all of these things DO play a part in our success this season but you can't say so when we are winning then put it ALL on the manager when we lose. Refs and individual errors cost us tonight, pure and simple.
-
That loss was NOT on Maresca. He set us up to dominate that game and for the most part, we did. Had it not been for 2 bad misses and a terrible officiating call, we would have been 4-0 up. He done his bit and others fell short when it counted. It's as simple as that. I'm not digging Stephy or Daka out either. Players miss sitters, it happens but that IS what happened.
-
Came across a few of their fans on YT and I'm absolutely gagging to smash them tonight. I really don't like Leeds.

He looks like he should have all the attributes to do well in the EPL. Big, string, fast, good finishing. Usual issues with decision making with younger wingers but he's got the makings of a decent player. I'd certainly give him a go to rotate with Mavididi on the left.

For me, when you look at teams who play possession based football and who look to break the press of oppositions, they almost always have passing patterns drilled into them. Little sequences of play that they will look for to pass that initial press. We do it for example. The triangles between the GK/Vesty/winks and the other CBs will usually break that. Rodgers doesn't have that. He seems to try rely on the players to work it out and they just aren't good enough.

Abdullah Sima from Brighton. Very good season at Rangers. 22 and I'm not sure Brighton are keen.

I'm pretty raging. Can't understand how everyone, the players and the manager can go from how we've been this season to what we witnessed today BUT I'm also not going to over-react. It was sh!t but it's done now so there is no point in running over and over it. We move on. -
Fake FG attempt coming up.

Tried to go to bed but the Niners defence showed up and stopped me.

I mean, it IS slightly annoying how much attention Swift has been getting over the season but A, that's not HER fault and B, I actually think they've resisted going to her too much tonight.
-
Agree! We shouldn't put labels on superb owls. Only average owls.
-
I feel like a filthy whore for backing the Niners but LET'S GO!
-
Prob more likely to come on instead of Hamza but seeing how nervy it was we went for the more defensive option.
-
I think he would suit us more in the middle of the CB's. I think we missed Faes' run forwards and although Nelson didn't look uncomfortable doing it, he didn't offer the same threat we have when Wout plays there. Ben is good enough on the ball to play the Vesty role.
