He's either brilliant or absolutely garbage no in-between ever.

Thing is there's about 5 shite teams in this league, Everton and Leeds being two of them and we had to win at least one of those games, we won neither. We are now playing actual teams who are decent and will get beat like we have all season.
-
Yeah they couldn't give a toss at all, all will be at other clubs next season, even the management.
-
This is an absolute joke. The full backs and Faes are diabolical. Soyuncu and Maddison look the only prem quality players. Fulham are a team, we are a load of shite individuals
-
To be honest I can't remember the last time Everton played that well, we just couldn't handle Calvert Lewin, McNeil and Iwobi. Very odd decision to start Luke Thomas, who was his usual shite self. Ndidi offers nothing, and Barnes was woeful, should have been pulled much earlier. It's two points dropped in a must win, but just like the Leeds game, could easily have lost aswell to another poor side. No chance we beat Newcastle or Liverpool have to hope we can scrape something out of Fulham and West Ham.

Is it just me that thinks it won't be a tense horrible edgy game and we will just batter them 3-0 with ease cos they are shite?

Good job he's not watching it in the pub

Underrated post 😂😂😂 spat my coffee everywhere reading this

You've got to think the likelihood is that Leeds lose next week at Man city, and Everton lose at Brighton. So therefore we have to go all out for 2 wins V Everton and then Fulham, and we will almost be there. Very winnable games, Fulham with little to play for and some injuries, Everton are just pants and if we show up Monday we should win.

Isn't Bournemouth always on the beach?
-
Pretty sure that was Nacho
-
If.... We had played two up top more often, Soyuncu and Iversen had played a lot more, not Ward or Amartey, We had sacked Rodgers after Spurs away, Justin and Ricky didn't keep getting crocked, We would definitely be on the beach laughing at Forest right now.
-
I second that. When Youri smashed the ball out of play and started pissing himself laughing I wanted to jump through the TV.
-
Did anyone watch the post game interview with Madders and Vardy? What did Vardy mean when he said he can't really say what he wants it he'd get done? Alluding to something about Rodgers? Madders speaks so so well, he's got a job for life as a pundiy when he retires, he's already better than most on BT. Robbie Savage sitting there in a t shirt with Owen and Beckford talking shite is cringe worthy.
-
As I understand he's only just got back on the training field after months in the gym, so no he's not fit at all.
-
Don't be daft.
-
VK making Harrison look like Ronaldo. Very much sums up our season in one half, decent football at times but pretty crap at both ends of the pitch too much of the time. Leeds are rubbish and we are just as rubbish. Daka or Vardy on second half up with nacho put Madders drifting off the right.

Iversen VK Faes Soyuncu Castagne Ndidi Tielemans Soumare Barnes Kelechi Maddison

It's not negative it's realistic. Just because I don't come out saying we are the best team ever after one win. I listed the same negatives that most others with eyes saw, Daka was toss, KDH was a Muppet and most of the first half was poor. I've said I'm as happy as anyone else that we won and scored a great goal and battled hard, but there was still a lot wrong with the performance that we will have to eradicate going forward.

Til Tuesday ain't very long mate.

Well each opinion to their own. We had a couple of good chances second half and played better second half, but first half we were inferior and as I've said a better side would have at least been 2 up in that 25 mins after their goal where we went to pieces. We also have away daft fouls like the one for Neves free kick which nearly cost us. I'm very happy Cags is back, that the effort is maximum and that we won a huge game, but to win more we will need to play better in my opinion.
-
I'm usually a massive defender of KDH I love him. The fact he never stops running, the fact he cares so much, and last year and the start of this season he was outstanding. But his performance today was dreadful. His miss, his misplaced passes and touches. Having said that Youri wasn't much better at all, it's a good job Soumare had a storming second half. KDH is extremely one footed, he has to turn in a circle to get it on the left all the time, and too often in recent games has not played well.
-
😂😂 Just being realistic. We can't bask in this win because we need more, and we cannot forget how bad large parts of the game were. The crowd were hugely important and on side which helps, the winner took the roof off and yes the results at this stage are more important than the performance. I just hope we either stay this lucky in the next few weeks, or iron out the issues we clearly still have.
-
I didn't say I didn't see anything positive. I said the performance was largely filled with the same thing we have seen all season and that one win doesn't suddenly mean we are safe and sorted. Far from it. The main positive was Soyuncu, just like at Man City, played very very well and commands the back line, wins headers, duels and is a leader. It's an absolute joke he hasn't played all season. The other positives were the fact we win and held on to win a game, and it will give them huge confidence. From their goal for the twenty minutes after that though we were shocking and a better team going forward would have done what man city did and got 2 or 3 in that spell where we were all over the place. I agree with other posters, to be missing in essence Justin, Ricardo, Evans, Barnes and Maddison is massive. To just lose Madders and Barnes who are out top scorers is huge. I feel ecstatic with the result and the table but all I'm saying is nothing is sorted at all, the next few games are still huge and we weren't brilliant today by any means.

Hate to be party pooper but that was LUCKY in the extreme. Brilliant goal to win it, no question, but the same pitfalls of the whole season were evident. Slow and ponderous in possession, caught on the ball numerous times. Tielemans hopefully just rusty because he was terrible. KDH fvcked up everything he did when he came on. Daka committed 642 fouls ( I counted them) and one near the end nearly led to neves scoring the free kick. The shape and cohesion of a team was non existent at all. Soumare by the way had a good second half, but first half hour he was the usual dogshite. We cannot get carried away at all we need probably 3 more wins and make sure this wasn't a one off. Our saving grace is probably that Leeds and Everton are just as or even shitter than us meaning 4 or 6 points from the next 2 could have is in a good position.
