All FAB fan representatives have individually signed an NDA. The Foxes Trust as an organisation does not have a formal signed NDA with the club, but the Trust Co Chairs are honouring the basis of the FAB confidentiality during the current series of meetings with the FAB as indicated in our article Foxes Trust in Dialogue with LCFC – Foxes Trust Mr Bason is an elected official of the Trust, as are all board members not identified as co-opted on our website

Making progress, but only a success once its all agreed and in place
-
Interesting that you highlighted the Super League campaign and the impact it had on the parliamentary Fan Led Review. (FLR) The Foxes Trust were heavily involved in that campaign at the outset, the protests were focused on the big clubs initially because it was fans of those potentially joining the Super League that needed to demonstrate they didn’t want it, but it was a very co-ordinated campaign across all FSA affiliated fan groups. As the FLR progressed, the Foxes Trust lobbied local MP’s, met with a good number of them & Bason gave evidence to the enquiry panel and made direct reference to the lip service during the Mandaric era.

The minutes shared only detail the terms of office for the chair/co-chair roles. The document that states the FAB fan reps will serve for a 3 year term isn’t on the club website, so there isn’t a club link we can share, but it is factual.
-
As an Affiliate Member of the FSA, we can discuss with their experts. There have been a number of second or third hand reports of our fans believing bans have been heavy handed, to scrutinise this more closely we need direct examples from those affected. We are very high up the table of the number of fans with current bans which is concerning on many levels. We have also been in discussions for sometime with the club about having fan representation on the appeals committee.
-
The Foxes Trust would ask any fans that have been banned in such circumstances (holding an opinion that isn't inline with the clubs, voicing an opinion and questioning the establishment in the right ways) to contact us.
-
It’s the same for every Fans Advisory Board in the Premier League, the published minutes detail an overview of discussions, but not the full details.
-
Minutes of the scheduled FAB meetings are published, the minutes of the second meeting are below https://assets.ctfassets.net/0wcpt07qzvlh/4ee2OaWdzan9smO3ggow3I/8a18a6de1a43ac9b067f5e3f8d6cf0f2/FAB_Meeting_2_Notes.pdf There will always be elements of each meeting that will remain confidential. The current set of recent meetings are unscheduled, with the initial meeting held at the request of the FAB fan reps and as the Trust had also requested a meeting, the Trust Co-Chairs & the FAB fan reps met the club together. This has now turned into a series of meetings at the clubs request. The next formal FAB meeting will be held on Weds March 5th, with minutes subsequently published. The minutes are fairly hard to find on the clubs website, therefore the Trust posts a website article, on social media & message boards when each set of minutes are published

The minutes of the first FAB meeting details all the fan representatives (who all serve for 3 years) and who was elected as Co Chair of the FAB and to Chair each FCC Working Group (all chair roles are for the first year) https://assets.ctfassets.net/0wcpt07qzvlh/6t3siNTTgPa9LXlLoP8mwr/b93130f82bc33121d96496681b3762a1/Fan-Advisory-Board-Meeting-One-.pdf

That is completely incorrect. Annually the Trust Chair meets with the LCFC Finance Director prior to the publication of the annual accounts and has the opportunity to ask questions Prior to that meeting, an advanced copy of the accounts is supplied to the Trust Chair, who shares them with the full Trust board to enable questions to be compiled, which the Chair then raises with the LCFC FD. The Trust board is then briefed after the meeting, however some of the information shared during that discussion may stay confidential, so will not be revealed further than Trust board level. The club usually post an article on their website about the accounts, which are readily available on Companies House, if the club doesn't provide a direct link

Early AGM: Your Chance To Change The Foxes Trust

As stated in the article 6 in total, therefore this wasn’t significant to the overall result https://foxestrust.co.uk/11529/agm-resolution-ballot-result For posters who haven’t clicked the link, please note…. Whilst the Board realises the result will be a disappointment to some Members, we hope the action we are taking illustrates a willingness to change and improve our governance procedures. Given the number of members that voted in favour of the Resolution, the Board has decided to take action to amend the Society Policies to enable Members to hold those elected to the Board to be more accountable in between the three-year periods of office. This possible course of action was discussed at the AGM. The Football Supporters’ Association (FSA) has been engaged to undertake a governance review of all of the Trusts Policies and procedures. At present, a Board Member can only be removed by a majority vote of the Board. The Board will draft and seek FSA approval for policy amendments that will provide Members with protocols and processes for holding Board Members to account, with the possibility of removal. So the board has listened to members and will make changes which addresses the issues raised by the motion but not in a way that could be rejected by the FCA and is approved as best practice by the FSA -

No it isn’t true If we had the membership number or the full name of the person voting they could be verified and the vote was counted However for example if the person just put “Steve” and we have 11 members on the database called Steve, there was no way we could verify who was voting, so the vote was discounted. -

If you placed a vote & the survey monkey software confirmed it on screen, then it has been recorded. If you try to access again the Survey Monkey software will state a vote has already been placed. We could not filter out members who had voted as the vote is recorded within survey monkey, the database would record the link to the survey had been accessed but not that the vote had been completed, hence the reminder being sent to all members. -

They should not do this, but contact us as above instead, as it may indicate an issue on their membership record with other communication from the Trust not being received, so we want to check the database record and resolve for all comms for the future. The most common issue is unintentional unsubscribe options being clicked on previous e-mails, in which case we have to contact the member to confirm e-mails are still required to follow GDPR -

Not every board member checks their e-mails daily and with the match tonight, its possible no reply will arrive today, but there is another week before the voting closes, so we will come back to you in plenty of time for you to vote. In any other member who posts on here have not received an e-mail, we have posted Vote of the Membership Underway – Foxes Trust -

You need to do the new online vote The email was sent directly from the membership system, if you haven’t yet received it let us know & we will check the database, as you recently received the previous email it would seem strange that you wouldn’t receive this one. -

Zoom link has been sent out to those who requested a link for tonight's online meeting access. Please contact [email protected] if you haven't received it after checking your spam / junk etc. -
Did anyone who had purchased a ticket get any emails directly to you telling you about it being a) postponed and b) re-arranged? Or did you only see it on socials? People are telling us they've had no notifications. If you haven't had an email, and need a refund, email [email protected] or call 03448255000 (option 1) before 12pm on Weds.

We've not acknowledged them, will send link soon. Will post on here when they've gone out so you can check you've got it. -
Same as last week when they posted about buying tickets on the Sunday....and there were none left. We emailed Jim and asked for them to open another block, which they did on the Monday. I presume it's automated posts set up before 5pm Friday that they don't then think to check if they're still OK by Sunday? Needs addressing. Is anyone going to the Euros 2025 in Switzerland? A few of us are going over and starting to plan soon. We've tickets for the England v Wales game and the SFs and Final so far. Get in touch on here or via email [email protected], would be good to see who's planning on going. If enough interest, will start a thread or Whatsapp group nearer the time.

There will be further discussions at the Fans Consultative Committee Working Groups on January 22nd, but not sure how quickly the information will be widely available, the minutes of those meetings tend to be published several weeks later.
