Met Tom Cruise in Rome when he was filming a speedboat scene on the river for one of the "Mission Impossible" movies. Why would you want to reduce the noise by half? We use the clappers..is that really so bad?!

We have a unique and fantastic thing going on here now and every game feels like a party ..no more silences and collective shouts of "shhh" going round the ground. Ive spent YEARS ( 40 !) craving the sort of atmosphere we experience now and to even think of not having the clappers would be madness. If it ain't broke don't fix it! Let's all crank it up another notch for the Spurs game lads and lasses!
