Like others have said, it’s a sad state of affairs, when our best defender is linked away, that the reaction is ‘meh’. But that’s where we are. If he goes he goes, but we must have a BETTER replacement. If we could get £20m for him (and I really don’t think that’s unrealistic, we just need better salesmen) then, spend 3/4 of that, to get someone better in.
