I really don’t think so. Maresca with his knowledge of the Premier league will recognize that Vesty probably isn’t mobile enough to succeed in the Premier. I realize that there are a lot of games still to play but I’m guessing a small part of Enzo’s brain is planning for next season.

It's kind of ironic that Coady's broken foot gave Vesty the opportunity to start games because if Coady was healthy he would have been the main man. As it is though Vesty is undroppable & Coady is on the bench. I'm happy for Vesty because Rodgers, the club & the fan base treated him like shite & he has risen above all of that & has ensured himself a new contract with a new club in the Summer. The F.A can't do any thing until the audit is completed. The bitch is that it takes over a year to work out if they cheated or not. This is something that needed to be dealt with in an expeditious manner so that clubs that were affected by Everton cheating didn't get relegated. Yet again the FA cocks it up !!
