I moved away from Leicester a few years ago. I grew up in Oadby. The further I get from Leicester, the better we get... Went to Northamptonshire, we won the Championship. Went to Bedfordshire, we won the Premier League. If anyone wants to chip in and move me further away, we might win the Champions League? I'll go as far away as possible, we'll have a World Cup, Grand National and a Superbowl if I make it to New Zealand!

Thanks again to you all. Having another shit day, but there's no magic cure. I'm on Citalopram now, got to give it a couple of weeks to kick in. Still feel pretty hopeless about things, but hopefully the pills help and get my head right. The rest is down to me to sort out. I'm the kind of guy that would've told myself to man up 5 years ago! Thanks again for all your encouragement and understanding. I have a little look on here and it really does help. I'm trying to motivate myself to get better. It's a real shit, but I'll keep fighting.

Thanks everyone for your support. I feel so silly and ashamed by it all. With regards to my living situation, I can't get any help because I'm in employment. I've got a steady job and get paid next week. At the end of the month, I get a lump sum of cash, so I'm hoping to relocate somewhere early in the new year and just stay in a b&b until I find something when I'm out of hospital. Starting from scratch again is something that upsets me. I can be transferred pretty much anywhere in the country with work.

I should also add, as a guy who has only ever used a gp when my back has fvcked up, or a&e when I've split my head open.... The NHS is a wonderful thing. I've been treated with real care and dignity. I think I've always been one of those people embarrassed about my mental health, but the staff here really go above and beyond. Even in my position at the moment, it's very humbling.

Thank you all. This is just a forum for a football club, but you're all such a help. Thank you again. I've seen a doctor tonight, on some meds and booked in for some counselling. It's difficult to think that a couple of little pills will help, but I'll give it a go. It all relates to a couple of years ago. My marriage broke down, I started seeing a girl a few years younger than me...she falsley accused me of rape. Police investigation dragged on for over a year whilst I was on bail. Almost killed me. They saw sense and I was never charged. Moved away to start again. The relationship that just broke down probably just papered over the cracks of the underlying issues. The doctor said I should've been helped 2 years ago, rather than being treated like a criminal by the police.

Thank you. I feel awful, almost like I'm attention seeking, but I don't have any family or many friends. Everyone tells me to talk, but there's no one to listen. This forum deserves more credit, we all have at least one thing in common and I'm trying to hang in there. I don't know any of you, but it means a lot . Thank you

Remembered this thread from a while ago. I'm suffering again really badly. I'm currently spending some time in a hospital in Northamptonshire. It's voluntary at the moment. Hit rock bottom, thought I'd been there before, but these are new lows. My relationship broke down, we'd not long moved in together, it was her place, so I'm now homeless. I'm trying to sort my shit out, but it seems pretty pointless. Thought about ending it all on Monday. I actually would have done if the police hadn't found me. The break up isn't the end of the world. It's an accumulation of things over the last couple of years. Really don't see a way through it this time.

Definitely. You could make a case for 30 other players to be on the list though (Kante, Sanchez) and wonder why half the list is there. Traditionally, it's cut down to 3. I guarantee it's 3 from Ronaldo, Messi, Neymar and Suarez. So why even bother?

Rude people. Probably said on here a lot before. If I see someone walking towards a door I'm going through, I'll wait and hold it open, for a man or a woman. Waited around 20 seconds because 2 women with a pushchair were walking towards me, held the door open and smiled. The cvnts waltzed through and didn't even acknowledge me. There were people around that looked at them in disbelief. Manners cost nothing.

Tanqueray 10. Gin is best with ginger ale rather than tonic. Bombay Sapphire is awful, no flavour. A few gins like Bombay are distilled through a filter, picking up the flavour as it evaporates. Tanqueray is flavoured by basically using something like a massive tea bag so it has more taste.
