  1. I'd probably be more inclined to give Popov a new deal than Opoku but both going to be relatively cheap 1 year outlays.
  2. Asked him if he fancied a 20 mile run on Sunday and he's responded that it depends how Satursay's game goes 😂😂😂
  3. I presumed we'd got a big loan fee this season for the permanent deal to only be €18m. This is staggering, might be our worst transfer outgoing yet, which takes some doing.
  4. YOU LOVE TO SEE IT, YOU REALLY DO
  5. Please can someone explain to me these shots i'm seeing from us in a 2nd half despite leading? I'm not familiar with this.
  6. Given our wages were as high as 116% of revenue before we even factored in player amortisation and other costs, i'm not sure we would??
  7. Ayew and Daka up top together or Mukasa and Daka?
  8. Futile me suggesting 3-4-2-1 I know but currently we're having to play at least one horrifically out of form player in Mavididi or Bobby Reid and we might as well play with 10 men. How we haven't tried something markedly different under 3 different regimes in a pursuit of breaking this vile record of no clean sheets is beyond me. I also think such a formation takes the pressure off Fatawu who can graft rather than be expected to create which at the minute just isnt happening and the athleticism of Aluko is badly needed in a cumbersome team. But here we are. Stolarczyk Aluko (it'll be Hamza) Okoli Nelson Thomas James (it'll be Winks) Skipp Fatawu Reid (shame Page played for the U21s) Mukasa (it'll be Mavididi) Daka
  9. You'd hope so, MOTM and then a very strong 2nd half on Sunday.
  10. Small statured 55% shareholder 😂
  11. Let's have a little clap (Brendan) shall we OUTSTANDING
  12. Hahahahahaaaaa absolutely love it!
  13. Thanks for coming on the pod pal
  14. Will score the winner tomorrow night
  15. He does bring him on to play on the wing at times but tend to agree. I'd much rather Page on the bench over Hamza though, that one has irked me.
  16. 30km in the bag for me and reckon I had another 12km in me to take me to the promise land, 7 weeks out from London. Let's hope I don't fcuk it between now and then.
  17. He needs to quickly learn that bringing the likes of Ayew and Hamza on to get results is extremely flawed and naive. Our options aren't great, granted but I couldn't believe how calamitious Choudhury was once again in a fraught situation. Massive few games coming up.
  18. At some point we've got to start winning some football games. We probably need 4-5, we've not won in 10 and 4 under Rowett. Whilst we may seem a little harder to beat, that 2nd half performance where we did our no shots party trick was baffling and given we don't keep clean sheets is a flawed game plan. Massive two games coming up, we cannot continue to be as uninterested / cowardly at home as we have in 2026. Minimum 4 points required, 6 ideally.
  19. Agreed. Get some pace from Fatawu and Aluko at wingbacks with Mukasa and James driving on to support Daka (leave him on and run himself in to the ground)
  20. This has all the hallmarks of our no shots 2nd half party trick. James and Mukasa have to come on, i'd get Aluko and Lascelles on too and go 3-4-2-1
  21. Reminds me of us beating West Brom 4-1 away at The Hawthorns (another team we have an obscene record against) and still got relegated to League One. Steve Howard hattrick if I remember rightly. Quiz question, who got the other goal?
  22. That years automatic contract extension is going to hurt worse than a bullet ant.
