I think this sums up what most of us who were paying attention could see back in 2023. He's a spoiled nepo baby with no understanding of the value of money who hasn't got a clue how to run a football club or how to adequately delegate responsibilities to those who could, his only 'strategy' was to throw money at things and hope it sticks. Now he can't spend money due to his failure to understand PSR and an actual intelligent strategy from someone who understands money and football is required, he's been left completely exposed.

I read on the QPR forum that many of the players didn't like Marti's man management style and think his successor is a massive improvement.
