  1. I always used to think of Jordan Ayew as the definition of a mediocre PL player and now it looks like we're getting him in the twilight years of his career, just typical. Ridiculous to pay a fee for him as well. Just watch Rudkin give him a 3 year contract, so he'll still be here as a bench warmer on silly money in the Championship when his legs have completely gone.
  2. Devastating news. Craig contributed to some of the greatest moments in our club's history and always seemed like a top bloke as well. We will never forget that Sevilla game. RIP.
  3. Atrocious. One of the worst kits we've ever had.
  4. He was the Leicester chair of Muslim Engagement and Development, an Islamic NGO that Labour have a policy of non-engagement with due to their extreme views. Figures within this organisation have said that the 2017 Westminster attack was not terrorism, opposed the blacklisting of the terror group Hizb ut-Tahrir and legitimised the killing of British troops. I can't find anything on him working in the NHS, on Companies House he is listed as the director of multiple private opticians and a property investment company. https://find-and-update.company-information.service.gov.uk/officers/fK7MKfS-r3PwOSupNuYiQQcrzzI/appointments
  5. Surely if we're selling KDH it is to raise funds, so in what way does this make sense as a swap deal unless he's being thrown in as a freebie?
  6. Forest were bottom of the league when he was appointed, he got them promoted in the same season and then kept them in the PL after a batshit summer transfer window where the board signed an insane amount of players he didn't want. And yeah, we are pretty much guaranteed to be relegated this season due to the board's incompetence.
  7. I think he's a reasonably solid appointment when considering the mess the board have got the club into. No manager with a lot of options would want to join a club with a major points deduction around the corner and the previous manager openly stating that the board misled him over the state of the club finances. Hopefully the penny has finally dropped for all of you about King Power, they need to go.
  8. Another thing to add insult to injury is that there will likely be more free tickets handed out to random Thai 'influencers' for every big game, meanwhile real fans who have been loyal to the club for years get screwed.
  9. King Power are killing the club. The absolute cheek of doing this for a season in which we are pretty much guaranteed to be relegated thanks to the incompetence of these clowns. Nice to see our loyalty to the club being repaid.
  10. Maswanhise has been on trial with Stockport recently, scored a hattrick for their reserves. We seem to bring through lot of youngsters who show great promise at under 18 level but then struggle to step up when they move up to under 21 level or aren't loaned out if they do manage to step up.
  11. They have a state monopoly in Thailand, they don't even need to be particularly good at it as no competition is allowed. It's a licence to print money.
  12. Would be nice if they'd get rid of that 'play your part' slogan for the upcoming season. Really winds me up whenever I see it. Implies that coming to matches and supporting the team isn't enough, to truly play your part as a fan you must buy and wear a ridiculously overpriced t-shirt as well.
  13. Neither were the rest of them, it wouldn't have hurt to have additional options in the squad.
  14. Genius move to send him out on loan in January. A solid player who could have contributed something. Cheers Rudkin!
  15. For a left field choice I'd take a look at one of the out of work ex-Bundesliga managers like Urs Fischer or Christian Streich, but lets face it, considering the circumstances of the club and the clowns we have in charge, we'll probably be seriously scraping the barrel.
  16. One of the last YouGov MRP polls had the Tories only 1% ahead of Labour in South Dorset so you never know, it has been Labour in the past so could switch back. Would love to see Drax get kicked out, easily one of the worst MPs in the commons. Fleming named the character after one of Drax's relatives, his great grandfather I think it was.
  17. Fan ownership has got to be the way forward, completely unsustainable for the entire existence of a club to be dependent on one man.
  18. Relegation. Starting the season with a points deduction, Rudkin in charge of transfers and contracts and a tactically inflexible manager doesn't seem to be a recipe for survival to me.
  19. Your comparison was dumb though. Paying £63 for a t-shirt and acting as a human billboard for a human rights abusing company is not the same as buying and using items that are essential in the modern world.
  20. There's an interesting new Balague piece on the BBC Sport site. Once again expresses his anger over the financial situation, makes it clear he has no intention of changing his style of play for the PL and needs squad changes to avoid the issues Burnley have faced this season. Also says there are offers from 'European Cup winners' as well as interest from other English clubs. Doesn't see himself having a long management career so every decision must be 'calculated with care'. https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/articles/c4n1v47jl42o
  21. His Isle of Man registered Boeing 737 M-LCFC flew into EMA earlier too. I wonder what attracted Top to the notorious tax haven that is the Isle of Man?
  22. Think he's one of the club's media people who does the post match interviews
  23. Top hasn't let go of the trophy for about 10 minutes (and now his gimp Rudkin has joined him)
