The rot began when Brendan Rodgers arrived. Aiyawatt allowed him free reign to tear up the philosophy of the club that had been built by capable people such as Pearson and Walsh over many years. The 'success' under his management was built on a pile of sand of completely reckless spending and has led to the mess we're in now.

Fair play to them. During the SISU years their fans weren't passive like ours, now they've got an owner who actually seems to know what he's doing and they're reaping the rewards.

Apart from the players out of contract, due to the silly wages, financial issues and useless board there isn't going to be a big reset, don't get your hopes up.
