Just a few thoughts from looking at his wikipedia....
He came in to try and save Birmingham with 8 games to go in 23/24. That's his most similar post to this. He got 11 points from 24 (3 wins, 2 draws). All the wins were with a clean sheet, and one of the draws were 0-0. Thats 4 clean sheets from 8 - not bad. They hadn't had one in 7 games before that (+19 for LCFC). One of the 3 losses was away to us (eventual champions that year), also all losses were only by the odd goal.
That same points per game ratio would get us around 19 points. Total of 51 points. The team 4th from bottom in the last 10 seasons have achieved 49, 51, 49, 41, 44, 49, 44, 43, 51, 49. That would suggest 51 should be enough.
Looking through the Birmingham squad they did have Stansfield on loan from Fulham so a proper striker, which we don't have. Both teams of course had Jordan James however we haven't at the moment. Generally though I'd say we have a better squad. The run ins look pretty similar, I think Leicester's is slightly harder but we've done better against the sides at the top so far, Boro (draw), Cov (draw / 2-1 loss), ipswich (beat 3-1) so that may be in our favour.
He kept Oxford up last years, but was sacked with them in 22nd this year. Let's see...
