Sounds like a mistake which probably I'd guess overplaying with 2 mins to go before HT, do we want to win games or are we too pre occupied with playing out from the back, **** what Enzo says my desire to win would want to consider game management at certain stages of a match, hence bring Coady on, so he can talk some sense into them.
-
Coady was brilliant at Bournemouth and has barely played since
-
Does that mean Enzo may think ah yeah he's on a yellow let's bring Coady on??

I'm really not sure KDH is good enough for any of the Top 6, and I don't see why anyone below that would wanna pay the money we'd ask for him.

The club that went from a champions league semi final to mid championship in about 3-4 years due to overspending, fair enough take the moral highground gentleman. -

Great so no points deductions, yes we overspent on Rubbish and it got us nowhere lump us in on the luxury tax with Chelsea and Man utd, who have done the same but due to them being more global brands can get away with it more. -
I know it's too far out games wise and Enzo gives it the we concentrate on ourselves spiel, so really someone in the KP should start a 1-0 to the Coventry chant, c'mon Leicester C'mon Leicester C'mon

Southampton may be well away from automatic but last game of the season surely they'd wanna compete to go into play offs with momentum?
-
Big ask but we need to win our next 5 games, at that point if we achieved that we are on 100 points, Ipswich can now get a max of 102, and would have 3 games in a week on the last week (Hull a Cov A Huddersfield all 3 may have somethingto play for. Have to be increasing the gap back open against Brum, Millwall and Plymouth.

So a 95% reduction in TV revenue and a 35-50% reduction in wages. That TV revenue doesn't even cover 2 players wages does it? -
Am I missing something here, if its 4.2m on a 5 year contract with 2 years left, that's 3x4.2 which is 12.6m, it's a profit of 0.6m not 3.6m surely?

I thought we'd finish about 13th or 14th last season, like you say you could see the decline was already happening. The 13th or 14th was a thought at the end of that previous season before the summer chaos, if the manager comes out and says you are going to struggle early season, get rid that's a sign of where his head is at. The sacking and hiring of managers is reported to be around £40 mil of that loss, we have thought nothing of spending £30-£40 mil on a player in the past, why wouldn't you just have brought in a fresh voice at that stage, we'd easily have finished 13th or 14th if we had. -

Isn't the point of this tho to stop the club continuing with £90 mil plus losses, take your point with the £200 mil debt, but the £90 mil losses won't continue. -

We are basically everything we hate about the greedy 6, if we stay in the championship just the championship version. -

So this is the precedent hit us hard, the EFL and EPL would surely have already ran 2 scenarios depending on what division we are in next season. If they hit us too hard tho, I don't think it does the wider football business much good. May as well have your European super league, if they smash us hard. -

Fair, so you don't get promoted EFL we weren't part of your league that season. We do get promoted EPL what's the fine/points total we take it -

Why not? Are they going to deduct 30 points or something? How much can they actually deduct -

Say we miss out on sporting merit of top 2, is a 20 point penalty any harm then this season? -

Get a Positive Claudio type figure goal is simple 50 points in prem, 100 in the championship minus the points deductions give us a fighting chance. -

Is it not possible to recognise the fantastic work KP have done for the club and also acknowledge it may be time for change?? -
Will Ward get the no 1 shirt in league 1 I have my doubts

You just have to keep rebuilding teams as when you find a Maddison, Fofana, Maguire, Soyunchu when there value increases you just have to sell rather than offer inflated contracts, you may not hit the highs but the drop off also isn't as deep.
-
Man City are hoping the first team to win £100 mil + in prize money for CL this season and won £180 mil for winning the prem last season, so we just had to either win the Champions league or the premiership to be on track financially According to these figures.

The Southampton game, is the game in hand, however Leeds and Ipswich both won't be playing on the 20th when we play West Brom. Coventry making the Semi final has pushed that match back to 30th, meaning Ipswich be the ones with the game in hand from 27th April.
