Yep I agree with this. If the owners put the money upfront, and it's all vetted and ok. Then there should be no limited to how much you can spend on players. These financial regulations rules need looking at, protect the club from going bust that's fine, but there should not be a cap on spending

Thing is if your stifle the premier league and put spending caps on, this brings us back closer to the the other Europe leagues. Also wealthy owners might go to other leagues where they might not be stopped by spending caps
