Arrived in Aix en Provence yesterday for a few days. Anyone got any great tips for stuff to do and particularly where to watch Champions League final?

I agree about the horrible hill but generally I thought the route, organisation and weather were all good today. We ran together today. She wanted under 2:30 and managed 2:18, she was very happy. Well done to you. -

I'm doing it but also a first timer, feedback would be good. I heard it's great views and support, especially early on and can be chaos at the finish because of the number of people. -

No, I read that it's often 10 or 15% out but useful anyway. Does yours change? Mine always says 51, perhaps I need to put more effort in. -

I did the Sence Valley parkrun near Ibstock for the first time today. Class morning for running, a decent route with a little hill and great volunteers ππΌππΌ -
It's the nearest away for me so will probably collapse and end up buying π. See what happens tomorrow too

I gave mine up at the end of last season. Not missed it as much as I expected but then we have generally been sh*te. The main problem for me is lack of access to away tickets and the crazy price of matchday home tickets.

How many pens have we missed this season?!!!

I managed 1:39.20, my best for a few years. It took a lot of training though! -

Liverpool Half Marathon tomorrow morning with 14,999 others for me. Forecast is for chilly drizzle so we'll see how it goes. -

No but I've done it before. If the route is the same then the hill at around mile 11 is horrid. And a photographer sits on the top to take your picture!!! Having said that I quite enjoyed it and decent support on the roads. Edit-- forget all that, it's a completely new route!! -
I'm looking at that for May/June, did you stay in Dumfries or somewhere else and how much touring around did you do?

Managed to run a solid, steady 20km today when intending to only do 18. 5 weeks to HM so happy now. -
The closest is at the Power League off Dennis Violet Avenue but you have to be very early. Can watch early games and get food inside. Several car parks off Stanley Matthews Way as adejo92 says above.

I think batter and then a sugar frosting would be even better -

Bit chilly at Vicky Park this morning but a decent turnout. -
Sheffield United (A) - New Years Day 17:30

I'd say most people stand in their allocated seat. But people are more chilled than home games if groups want to stand together or one person needs to tuck in etc. Stewards don't give a toss -
Same here. Not regretted it yet.

Over 800 there, the start was crazy with the sun directly in everyone's eyes. Slow first lap before it thinned out a bit, then the finish was crazy busy. All good, no one obsessed by a time on Xmas Day and all in good spirits. -

No, all jump on Cov so I can get a Wrexham ticket!!
