    Aside from anything else, the whole pace of the game was horrendous. Ball out of play, players on the floor, ref being pendantic, slow goal kicks, slow corners. Was it just me? It was driving me mad today

    I managed 21.03 at Worcester this morning, pancake flat course. Well pleased, it's my 3rd fastest parkrun ever and fastest for ages.

    Doing a half marathon at Tatton Park on Sunday, it's a 2 lap course and pretty flat. Was tempted to go to Old Trafford afterwards but decided not to ruin my day!

    Sorry, you could try Warwick, it's only a half marathon but I enjoyed the route this year and the timing is right on 2nd February 2025, could always extend it and do a bit extra.
